Nice place, perfect area, parking with acceptable size for 3-row SUV, clean accommodation. I would go again, recommended.

Miguel's place is beautiful, exactly like in the photos. The terrace was our favorite place to hang out! View to the ocean and convenient location close to many restaurants.

The view of Plaza San Martín is beautiful. The neighborhood is very alive and has many restaurants. I felt safe at all hours. The showers are hot and the Wi-Fi is great. The pedestrian pathway next to the building leads you straight towards Plaza de Armas. This is very convenient because there are many things to see and do along the way. Kenet and Luz provided great communication during my stay.

Joel & Johana were very friendly and the Airbnb was very nice. As for the building, it had been there before and I feel that they have not done maintenance on the common areas. As for the apartment, it is very well laid out.

We had to go out and come in late at night and he always greeted us with a smile, his attention was unbeatable! The accommodation is just like the photos, a large 4-bedroom apartment where the whole group managed to rest comfortably. Restaurants nearby, easy to access and very close to the stadium. Thank you very much, if I go back to Lima I would definitely stay there again.
