Vacation rentals in City of Vincent

Perfect place to stay to explore Perth. We loved staying here. The house is in a very quiet, safe neighbourhood. We could walk into the city centre in less than 10 minutes, where there are plenty of shops , restaurants and bars. Northbridge is a vibrant area with lots of independent shops and coffee shops and restaurants. The house itself is perfectly situated with a lovely park area opposite and beautiful Hyde Park is a short walk away. Definitely recommend Parkside Coffee , 1 minute walk away and Chu , good and coffee nearer to Hyde park. Boo Too , one street away is good for freshly made pizzas. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed staying at the house and the outside area is a little oasis to sit out in. Everything was as described in the listing and communication was excellent.

We stayed with two kids. The house was great. Everything we needed including access to a good laundry, nice bathroom and kitchen facilities, comfy beds with nice linen, plenty of space. A really lovely courtyard. A very short walk to Hyde Park, a great cafe and Beaufort St restaurants and bars. An easy drive into the CBD, beaches and Kings Park. We will stay again!

This Airbnb is spacious and light filled. The kitchen has all the appliances you could ever need. There are two fridges and everything you could possibly want to prepare your own meals. It is tastefully decorated and peaceful. It’s a short walk to many restaurants and bus stops. There are books, board games and magazines, and a beautiful fireplace which we didn’t actually need to use. The house manual is clear and concise.The aircon is efficient and easy to use. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had a lovely stay here.

I have stayed at Kerry-Jane's 4 or 5 times now and really love the location, close to everything you need. Love the verandah to sit on and have a coffee whilst reading, overlooking a lovely garden. Always spotlessly clean, lovely quality linen and the bathroom has a great shower. It is safe with secure off street parking which is a huge bonus. Thank you Kerry-Jane, as always Deb

Second time staying at Lina’s place in the last ten years. Nothing’s changed - it’s as good as it was last time. I have no hesitation recommending this Airbnb or Lina as a host.

We stayed for 4 nights in April. A lovely house - so well renovated. Super clean and very spacious. Very close to everything- an easy walk down to the supermarket and cafes/restaurants. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

Lovely character home in a central location. Good amount of space to accommodate the family and really appreciated the double carport.

Great place to stay for my friend’s 40th birthday holiday. There was 9 of us which made it affordable. Getting to transportation was easy and not too expensive for being outside the city. The house was bigger than expected with lots of space to spread out. Had a great time.

Super lovely Airbnb! The place was clean and exactly as described. It was walking distance to cafes but still private and quiet. The off street parking was great. The hosts had great communication and answered messages quickly.
