Condo vacation rentals in City of Gold Coast

We found Palma 1 perfect for our needs, as a home away from home for a quiet couple. Such a relief to arrive and find a beautifully appointed light and airy unit with everything we needed for a 9 night stay, including kitchen and amenities and close to supermarkets to cook in and not have to eat out the entire stay. Modern and clean bathroom/laundry and kitchen, nice sized tv, and private courtyard, with aircon and fans in both rooms, easy off-street parking and flat access to unit, not to mention the short drive to Broadbeach along the esplanade.. we look forward to being able to stay again when next headed to the Gold Coast!

Great value for money, needed quick getaway with visiting friends and family. Apartment is beautiful. The ocean views are incredible, and the place is super stylish and clean. Perfect location just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The host was super friendly & was quick to revert to any of my requests. We had a quick dip in the pool spa in the building. Would recommend for a luxe getaway, great location!

Stayed at Jacks place on level 46 at The Star. Unreal views, day and night. Place was clean, modern, and just easy to settle into. Everything worked, bed was comfy, and the location couldn’t be better. Right in Broadbeach, walking distance to everything. Would stay again without thinking twice.

Absolutely amazing stay! The location is safe and convenient. The apartment was even better than the pictures. Chrissie was a great host - super responsive any time I needed anything and checked in frequently. I would highly recommend this stay!

Great location in a quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to centre of Surfers Paradise (Cavill Ave). Nicely renovated space, beautiful views and outlook onto the canal. Will definitely come back.

Katherines place was beautiful…it’s right at the beach and has everything you need if you want to stay for the holidays and spend most of the time at the beach. Katherine was really responsive and very friendly! We had some problems with the wifi the first day and she contacted the company instantly to fix it! Would definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The host was very responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and providing great recommendations.

Great location and awesome pool facilities. The house was well appointed for families with cot, highchair, books and toys. The only downside is the current roadworks on the main road - makes it pretty tricky to drive in and out. Regardless we had a lovely stay!

Coco friendly 🐶 It was the main reason why I picked the place. It is right at the center of Broadbeach, walking distance to everything, especially off leash dog area. Has everything we needed. It is an old building so you can hear the neighbours and even smell their toasts in the morning. Except that we had a nice stay.

Had a great stay, location was perfect close to all amenities, Tony was very responsive when I messaged. Would recommend 100%, biggest plus it was Pet Friendly was able to take my Chilli girl. Thank you Tony.

A single Dad travelling with his 15 year old son and stayed at Johnny's Beachside apartment for eight nights. The space was perfect for us. The room was clean, comfortable and felt fresh and modern despite being in an older building, a testament to the care Johnny has put into creating it. The location was just about perfect - close enough to the action of Surfers Paradise but overlooking the more peaceful end to the North. Beds were clean and comfortable. My Teenage son slept on the Sofa bed and reported that it felt like sleeping in a real bed. The big screen TV is also a handy inclusion for the inevitable Gold Coast night where it is just too rainy to go out. Fortunately we had just one of those. What we will both miss the most though is the pair of Lorikeet friends who joined us each morning for breakfast and sang for us from the Window railing. Thankyou Johnny for a great stay and I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Tineke's apartment was a lovely place to stay and I would recommend it. Clean, tidy, private and a close walk to Tugan shops and the beach. There was a little noise from the highway and planes during the day but not too bad.

The location is very convenient having the light rail station right in front of the building. The host and co-host is always very responsive. The place is also equipped with all the amenities required. Overall the place was very clean, proper and well put together.

We loved it! Such a perfect little space to host our first ever little family holiday. I loved everything about it! The most amazing swimming pool, perfect balcony view over the tennis court, perfectly equipped little kitchen and laundry and the furniture was so comfy that I even found it online to buy for my own home! I can’t fault Leah’s place - we would come again and again. The location was perfect! Such a short, peaceful stroll to the heart of surfers paradise but in such a secluded little island that you wouldn’t know it. Don’t snooze on Leah’s place! I already miss it!

Best location with awesome see view，close to everywhere, clean and comfy. My kids love this pink palace. Andrew and Ali are great hosts, quick and easy communication. Highly recommend.

the location is spot on, the host is extremely responsive. a parking spot provided. Can hear the ocean, can see the ocean. It has an outdoor pool, a spa, sauna. The building is not the newest/smells a bit (the ventilation is always on, yet smells when you enter the apartment). hence the three stars for the cleanliness. the location is excellent

Our stay at Jeffrey’s place was wonderful! Check in was easy and Jeff and Brenda were very accommodating with an early check in for us. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed, and in a really great spot. Super quick walk to the beautiful beach, and some nice cafés right next door. The building is close to the highway (and there was a bit of construction going on) but it was very quiet inside the apartment!

Location, Location, Location - and So Much More! Our stay at David's place was absolutely superb, and a huge part of that was the incredible convenience of its location. Being mere moments away from a fantastic array of shops and restaurants made everything so easy and enjoyable. Whether I needed groceries, wanted to grab a bite to eat, or do a little browsing, everything was right at my doorstep. Having the tram station and bus station so close by made getting around an absolute breeze. And then there's the beach! Being within easy reach of the beach was the cherry on top. We had an amazing time at this cozy convenient place. 😊
