The place is very great, beyond expectation. It's clean, and completed with many amenities, so we don't have to worry much about staying.

Communication was super easy. Arry took a lot of time to explain everything despite the late check-in. The apartment is well located. It was a nice time!

Kak Anto was a great host! super flexible and responsive even though I had to change my date of stay, everything is very well instructed and it was a nice stay, there was minimart surrounding the area too, super convenient! P.S. I really like the main bedroom concept where the bed is ascending area from the floor and it has wooden flooring space in between! once again thank you so much! it was nice to stay here during the short trip!

Loved the place! Clean, and you got everything you need. For the past 2 weeks, i went airbnb hopping cos i havent found the “right” one for me. But this one made me feel like home 😊 You literally got all you need, the host gotchu. From ironing tools, to snacks, netflix, cooking utensils, everything! Would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a place anytime soon! Currently i’m still staying here haha however, this place could only fit max 2 person. Also you got a balcony and a pretty great view x

the right place for those of us who are having an event at ice BSD City. The cluster atmosphere is safe and comfortable. Complete house facilities. Complete Kitchen appliances. The living room is a bit hot, so the door needs to be opened even though there is a fan. But the 2 rooms upstairs are very comfortable and cool. Overall we enjoyed staying at this place, and we will likely return to rent if there is another event there. Thank you

I really love to stay here. And will stay here very often. Melvin is amazing host. The place is very thoughtful too for example they put zoom in mirror so we could put on our make up easily. Really girls friendly. The staffs are amazing and very helpful as well. This place is only 7 minutes walk to PIM. 3 minutes if you sarapan nasi uduk dulu jadi larinya kenceng 🏃🏿‍♀️

The place is very strategic for those who want an event on ice, it can be reached by 8 minutes from ice bsd. The house is homey, clean, tidy, and fragrant. Amenities and complete equipment as described, the host is also very friendly and helpful. You can check in early if you don't occupy before. I had a great stay at this condo! The location is perfect, with easy access to The Breeze, an open-air mall with a cinema and outdoor restaurants. I chose this place mainly because of its access to a beautiful botanic park, which is ideal for jogging, picnicking, or just walking around. It’s definitely worth it, even just for the park itself. The condo was very clean and had everything I needed—cooking utensils, cutlery, a working fridge and water dispenser, bath essentials, and a washing machine. You don’t need to bring anything except food! The neighborhood felt very safe, and the check-in/check-out process was simple and flexible. Christina, the host, was wonderful. She was quick to respond to any questions and provided clear, detailed instructions, making check-in and check-out easy. She really made an effort to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of, and I truly appreciated her kindness.

i booked the place for my mom's friends gathering and they had an amazing time there, Erick was super helpful and made sure to answer any questions we have anytime .Location was also amazing in the new BSD area and had great access to everything we needed, had a great stay !
