The Stone House is made of stone, beautiful timber and earth rammed walls. We have made a rough track around our block, please explore. The grasslands are home to Bennetts Wallabies, pademelons, tassie devils, wombats, quolls and possums as well as the magnificent wedge tailed and sea Eagles. The coast is wild and untamed and ready to be explored.

Adorable cosy well equipped cabins. Both have amazing ensuites; spa or rain shower, small kitchenettes with a bar fridge, microwave, pots & electric frypan. Great selection of teas, coffee, & sugar, with a treat always left in the fridge. Our balcony is lovely spot to sit & watch the Eagles from or a sunrise/set. At night you can hear the Ringtail Possums, with their dear wee squeaks, while admiring some of the best night skies you’ll ever see. Aroura spotting can be done nearby.

Kick tha sand off ya toes after your 150m walk back from tha beach and take in the sweeping views and sunsets over the edge of the world and arthur river. or even better, soak away the day in our restored outdoor cast iron bath. Then ya could pour a drink at our Gin Bar, light the fire in the “man cave” and relax while the sausages burn on the bbq. Kids have a sandpit, basketball, boardgames. Get some rest tho, tmorra your fishing, 4wd’ing, hiking or even a river cruise. Welcome.

Very clean, recently renovated and comfortable home with a stunning view and effective fireplace. Conveniently located to walks and river cruise. Only minor negatives were the single beds weren’t so comfortable for my parents sleeping in that room and a couple of items not working, which we had warning about. Overall we loved our stay here in Arthur River.

Great place to stay. A short walk to the beach or a longer one to the creek which is great for families with young kids. Little Sister General Store is great for lunch or dinner. The property is clean, beds are comfy, shower was hot, kitchen was well stocked. Overall, a very comfortable stay. Will be back when we’re next in the area.

This property was very charming. It was very easy to find and It was very close to every thing we wanted to do . The property was very well set up and we had everything we needed for the 5 days we were there . We found the local pub was a great place to eat at night, and there were a lot of coffee shops and other food places for breakfast and lunch. We really found the local attractions absolutely outstanding. Going up the Nut is a must , although I would recommend the chair lift . The views from up the top are amazing. I would also recommend the penguin viewing (best between 5:30pm and 8pm ). There is also a local heritage museum which had a lot of early settlement information about the area which was quite amazing. All up we had a great time and would do it all again. We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Stanley with family and friends! The location was perfect, and the house had everything we needed. There was a minor issue with the Wi-Fi at first, but Collin was super responsive and quickly addressed the issue, even checking with the neighbors. The best part was the thoughtful touches for kids – tons of toys, coloring sheets, and pencils, plus plenty of books and games for adults. It made the stay so enjoyable for everyone. Overall, a fantastic place to stay – highly recommended for families and groups! -Rahul

We loved the location. Enjoyed sitting by the firebox. Used the SUP - thank you! Liked the homey feel of the kitchen. Appreciated how there were several different zones within the living area. We were able to capture some sun on the verandah chairs in the morning.
