Overall a great experience for staying with families. The design was so appealing in minimalist fashion. Some detail to improve is the cleanliness (candle in bathtub is a bit dirty from dirt, blinds were stained, etc). With the price range you’d expect to get more amenities (they don’t have lotion or other personal touches).

Our family is comfortable staying in this villa, all the equipment is there and clean, the host is very responsive and friendly. in the future I want to stay again in this villa.

We love this place! We are stay with 8 adults, 2 kids & 2 babies. The room is neat and clean, the kitchen is 👍🏽, they provide shampoo & shower gel. are having fun with the pool. Melinda is very clear with the instruction to enter the house. We will be back for sure! ❤️

Included in the 24-hour security elite area, easy access and wide roads, the house is good as described, complete cooking and eating utensils, a clean swimming pool with a depth of approximately 1 meter, there are towels, 3 bathrooms only in the bathroom the faucet can only be used for showers, the faucet mode is usually broken. 3 outlets are provided in each room, there is wifi, there are 2 TVs downstairs and upstairs, there are also clotheslines, for parking there is room for 2 cars. basically great

Great place for families. The owner is very helpful, friendly and responsive. Recommended for weekends. A small suggestion, there is a neighbor's cat that can get through the kitchen door and mess with the trash can :D

Very nice stay here. Quiet atmosphere, tidy and cozy house. When we came, we were wellcome and given complete information about the condition of the house. The equipment in the house is complete, so we can enjoy staying like at home. 😊 The host was also very responsive, this helped us a lot in the check in process.

big enough for a big family, it's cold because there's a lot of ventilation so you don't need to use air conditioning, the service is rama and the guards are also good and always on standby if we need anything and there are any obstacles .

We had a great stay. It was a beautiful and cozy place. Great for family of 6-7. It’s a walking distance to a few nice cafes. Convenient stores are walking distance too. Hosts are very prompt and responsive. Will stay here again on my next trip to Bandung.

1. The location is good, easy to find and very strategic 2. The house unit is also suitable and comfortable for large groups / families 3. All equipment is complete: - Indoor Garage - Kitchen Full Set - Large TV (Netflix, etc.) - Wifi Internet - Kids Play Area (suitable if you bring small children) 4. The Bathroom also has Hot Water Overall good value for money.

We truly enjoyed out stay at the villa. The villa itself was small but got all what we needed. From extra bed, hot water, internet, equipped kitchen tools, and Netflix. The car park was quite small and couldn’t fit our car, but we can park it outside. No issue. The only downside is there were lot of flies due to nearby farms. Good experience. Only few things need to be improved inside the premises. The location was good, inside the complex has various place such as resto, hospital, etc. But if you want to visit the central of bandung, it took around 30 mins with tolls. Olevio as co-host is responsive too. Thank you host!

Ivan’s place is a great place to stay and chill in for the weekend. It’s clean and well maintained, with the facilities being in pristine condition as well.

Villa is as described and easy to reach. The villa is very spacious, the number of beds and blankets is very adequate. Each downstairs room comes with a bathroom. Cooking facilities are complete and clean. The swimming pool is also available. Coffee is provided when you arrive and snacks are provided when you return. Satisfying 👍🏻

Wonderful stay at Philanto! Beautifully designed, clean, plenty of rooms and each has their own bathrooms which was handy! Swimming pool and outdoor hangout spot was so well designed. And the upper living area was epic with beautiful view. Exceeded expectations and the well priced. Thanks Ria for a great stay!

the best place to spend your time in bandung with friends or family. literally THE BEST EVER. makes us not want to go out. made a biggest mistake that we only booked just for one night🙃🙃🙃 should’ve booked for 3 nights or more hahaha

The place was big and perfect for our family. We especially loved the kitchen — a great space to gather and have fun together. We had a minor issue with the aircon, but Otten was very responsive and got it fixed first thing in the morning. He also shared helpful local recommendations and even ordered an amazing ginger dish (jahe) for us — we enjoyed the food so much! Just a heads-up: there are quite a few steps leading up to the house, so it might be challenging for elderly guests. That aside, we absolutely loved the place and the peaceful neighbourhood. Would definitely recommend!
