Vacation home rentals in Cilento Coast

We've had a wonderful stay in Tavore. The apartment is peaceful and quiet located further uphill in an area outside of the very touristy spots in Amalfi coast. There's a beautiful garden right in front of the apartment with cats and sheep and a view of the ocean. Rosa and Antonio are wonderful hosts, very communicative and friendly and not invasive. Like others have mentioned, the apartment is a little bit clammy and it can get a bit chilly during spring or fall since Tavore is higher up than other towns and temperatures are a bit lower. This however is not a big deal, there are blankets and a hot jacuzzi, and it even may be a huge plus during the hotter months.

An amazing stay for exploring Naples, Sorrento and Amalfi coast. We stayed with our 10 month old baby and they provided a cot and high chair. Very friendly family who were helpful with any questions. The flat was incredibly safe, lots of space and useful items in the flat. The pool was amazing with outside facilities such as toilet and fridge. Location was slightly further away from everything than we thought with the traffic but very central and the price made up for this for us.

My friends and me we LOVED this place! It's captivating the amount of detail they've put into the decoration and to make the apartment feel like home. It was also the perfect location for us to explore the Amalfi Coast for multiple days, and there are very good restaurants around. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed staying at Rosario’s place, he was very active in communication and helped me understand how to navigate the Amalfi Coast! Without him, I wouldn’t have known how to get around. His place was very accurate to description and was clean, location is within a quaint town of Atrani which is 10 minutes walk from Amalfi town where you can take ferries or buses everywhere. I highly recommend staying here.

This is certainly one of the best places we ever stayed. On arrival, there were several treats in the fridge as well as lemons and oranges. The view was amazing. There is a small balcony with a bistro set as well as a small garden with a outdoor dining set and outdoor furniture under a bougainvillea. Both with uninterrupted views of the sea where we dined most evenings to escape the busy touristy areas. The hosts, Rachel and Luca were great, and one evening they brought us fresh apricots from their garden. Public transport can be unpredictable, but most days we walked the 3 km downhill to Amalfi. If I were yo stay there again, I would rent a scooter. Absolutely brilliant stay!

This place was perfect for us. We enjoyed staying in Minori. It is a 4 minute water taxi ride to Amalfi. You could also walk to Maiori. However, Minori, was perfect. Plenty of restaurants, shops and a laundromat. This stay was great. It had so much character, a fabulous rooftop and Greta. Greta was so very helpful about everything. She had restaurant recommendations and gave us her number to reach out, which we did. She acted as a concierge for us, it was so comforting especially being in a new place.

Giovanna’s home in Minori made our trip!! It has a perfect location, a few steps to the beach, restaurants, and ferry to help you visit neighboring coastal towns like Positano and Amalfi. The home itself was picturesque and provided beautiful views and comfortable living. We cannot wait to stay again!!

House had a breathtaking view at valley, surroundings were great. Romilde was very communicative and nice. Road to the apartment is steep and narrow and may be challenging for some riders. Around 2 -3 minutes away there is a restaurant which had some of best cusine we tried in Italy even compared to michellin star ones. Also the one in the village called A fronn'e limone is super nice family like (try their house limoncello). Overall great experience and good place to relax and hear some silence after busy day on the coast.

Alessandra's place is lovely - very bright, colourful and authentic. The balcony to the front of the house has a great view of the sea and the garden to the back of the house is very pretty and spacious. The building is on a main road but we didn't see or hear many cars at all so it felt peaceful. The kitchen was extremely well equipped/stocked for an Airbnb. Santa Maria di Castellabate is also a lovely little town, as is the hilltop village of Castellabate. We would highly recommend staying at Alessandra's apartment.

This place is awesome. Very quiet, spacious (we are a family of 5 and had enough space for everybody). The roof terrace is priceless. We spent here 3 nights, it is a perfect location to discover the Amalfi coast. Easy walking distance to the boat station, bus stops, shops, restaurants and beach. Be prepared to climb a lot of steps but it is described in the ad and this is how these cities were built so you should just accept it. I would definitely stay here again! Federica was very helpful, communication was easy with her. Do not hesitate to book this place!

Oh my God, this place is truly incredible! The photos don’t do it justice — the view from the terrace is absolutely magical and so peaceful. You just want to sit there morning and night, soaking in the stunning, scenic surroundings. The house itself is spotless, spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The entrance is beautifully decorated with a garden that feels like it was created with love. The location is also very convenient, especially if you have a car — only 20 minutes to Amalfi and about 40 minutes to Positano. There’s also a bus stop within walking distance, which makes getting around even easier. The town itself is so charming, with two family-run restaurants where you can enjoy dinner with a beautiful sea view, all within walking distance. We stayed here with our three kids, and they absolutely loved it! The space was perfect for families, and the peaceful atmosphere made it relaxing for everyone. The view alone made every step worthwhile! Roberto was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The house was well-equipped with all the essential amenities we needed for our 4-day visit. We’d definitely love to book it again in the future.

We had an amazing stay. Giovanni was very responsive and flexible for check-in and awaited us to show us the way to the flat. The flat was very spacious and clean and the terasse had a breathtaking view. We instantly felt at home and wished we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic place with great location. Close to authentic shopping opportunities with local specialties and several good restaurants. Really nice and well-equipped home, and on top of that, Carmen was very welcoming and available. We give her and the place our best recommendations.

This villa is paradise! Absolutely stunning views. Giorgia was amazing and super responsive before and during the trip, and helped us arrange a boat trip and cooking class as well as provide us with a lot of local info. There are a lot of steps down to the villa from the main road (as stated in listing) and then another 200+ to the swimming platform which is heaven! The walk to town is 13-15min and another 15 to the ferry. The road can be scary at night because there’s not a lot of lights but there is a driver that can take you to and from town for a very reasonable cost. We only used the driver twice in a week and sometimes did the walk to the town and back twice a day because we wanted the exercise. The house was perfect for our family of 4 with each of my teens having their own room. Tons of balcony space. Having a washer was a huge plus for us and the pool was a massive bonus! We’d stay here again in a heart beat!

If I could give 6 stars I would. A phenomenal location in one of the most beautiful places in the world. Antonella and her son gave great recommendations and were great to communicate with.

The highlight of our 17-day trip. We stayed in several Airbnbs throughout Italy, and this home in Vietri sul Mare was hands down our favorite. The listing photos were stunning—which initially drew us in—but the real thing exceeded every expectation. The design and decor felt like something out of a magazine, with thoughtful touches and everything you could possibly need already in the home. The kitchen was especially impressive—fully equipped and beautifully styled. The views from the house, overlooking the bell tower and the sea, were simply breathtaking. After day trips to the surrounding coastal towns, we returned each evening feeling like we had the hidden gem of the entire Amalfi Coast. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from shops, restaurants, and a short walk to Marina di Vietri for beach days and ferry access. The home was spotless and truly felt like a peaceful retreat. This place made our trip even more memorable. Highly, highly recommended.

Great location for us. Allowed us to go to the Amalfi coast, Naples, Bari and return to a slower paced area. We were across the road from a vegetable farm and sat outside on the balcony watching them harvest their crops. Very relaxing! The property is gorgeous and does not lack for anything. Private parking was great. Cosimo always responded immediately to any questions. Thank you!!

Great place would definitely come back! Very clean and nice apartment in a beautiful location. Easily walk to train station, bus, and ferry stops. Marco was very nice and helpful and responded immediately when I asked a question.

We had a wonderful stay at Raimondo’s place! He was extremely communicative, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit, making everything smooth from start to finish. The view is absolutely incredible—the kind that makes you stop and just take it all in. A quick heads-up: don’t bring a car—there’s nowhere to park, and it’s much easier to get around by taxi or Vespa. If you’re someone who’s not comfortable navigating on your own or lacks a bit of common sense, this might feel tricky to find at first. But once you’re there, it’s well worth it. Overall, a memorable and unique stay. Would definitely recommend it for travelers looking for something beautiful, local, and off the beaten path!
