Lord street just 150m and Promanade just 50m stroll making this a fantastic location to enjoy what Southport has to offer. As a ground floor self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave air frier washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a 55" smart television and internet access. There is also a cosy small enclosed courtyard where guests can enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. There is one bedroom in this apartment which contains a extra comfy kindsize bed. There is one modern newly installed bathroom with large walk in shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. The house is located in the quiet residential area of Marshside which is nestled between the RSPB nature reserves and coastline and Churctown with its pubs, bars, eateries, shops and Botanical Gardens. There are a few golf course nearby with many more in the area including The Open Golf Championship Course of Royal Birkdale. The house also has easy access to Southport (about a 5 min drive) and Ainsdale Beach (about a 12 min drive both by using the the scenic Marine Drive which follows the coast.

Set in the garden of our home with private garden for guest to use. Access through gate to woodland and Lytham. kitchen with microwave, toaster,kettle,fridge two ring hob, coffee machine. Bedroom with double bed,door to garden. Shower room with heated towel rail, sink and toilet. Lounge with TV and dinning table and sofas. Lovely outside seating area with woodland views. Electric car charger at extra cost. We have the best available broadband connection however can be affected by weather.

Unique Grade II listed cottage situated in the quaint village of Churchtown. Please note that we have a strict NO parties/gatherings policy at the cottage. The cottage is refurbished to a high standard. The internal accommodation comprises of sitting room, diner kitchen and drawing room/conservatory. There is a bathroom with bath and shower facilities. The double bedroom is situated in the eaves above the sitting room. Externally boasts an enclosed rear garden and driveway for two cars.

The Shed @Rectory Cottage

The Shed @Rectory Cottage is a cozy cabin perfect for a restful retreat or a peaceful work-from-home getaway. Inside, the room can be arranged with two single beds or one king-size bed, making it ideal for solo travelers, couples, or friends. A small table serves as a practical workstation or a dining spot for two, while the cabin’s adjoining patio and grassed areas offer a tranquil spot for morning coffee or evening drinks, perfect for putting your feet up and soaking in the garden views.

The Annexe

The Annexe is a self contained property directly opposite our family home. All fixtures and fittings have been thoughtfully planned to ensure you have a comfortable stay. There is one large double bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, an open plan living area with a smart TV, log burner for cozy nights and electric heating. The bathroom has a large walk in electric shower. The property is suitable for up to two adults (not suitable for children/toddler’s due to the large pond nearby).

Just a short stroll from Birkdale Village’s shops, restaurants and bars, this spacious three-bedroom holiday home is a family retreat on England’s North West coast. Two king-size bedrooms and a twin room ensure restful comfort. The open-plan living/dining area and fully equipped kitchen are ideal for family meals and movie nights. The property has 2 bathrooms, Sky TV, free wifi and off road parking. The house is minutes from Royal Birkdale and Hillside golf courses and Southport seafront.

Beautiful Churchtown village only a 5 minute drive or 15 minutes walk away, with pubs, restaurants, & independent shops etc. Southport town centre and famous Lord Street a 15 minute drive. Close to many of Southport’s prestigious golf courses and yearly flower show. Great local cycling and walking.
