Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Chungju-si

It's connected to Dongtan Station, so transportation is convenient, and it's on the top floor of a department store building, so there are great amenities like cafes and restaurants. Even in the summer, the air conditioning is connected to the flow of the accommodation, so it's cool. I like the location, so I come to this building every time I go on vacation, and the host of Elstay was the most considerate and kind. I rested comfortably like at home with a warm heart and consideration. Thank you!

Despite its incredibly convenient location—surrounded by a variety of restaurants, shops, and with easy access to Gangnam, Seoul South Korea—the place was always quiet and peaceful, which made my stay all the more enjoyable. From the moment I checked in, I could feel the host's thoughtful attention to detail. The space was spotlessly clean and beautifully prepared, with everything I could possibly need thoughtfully provided. I especially appreciated the stylish, trendy touches and the fact that all amenities were new and carefully selected. This is a place I would confidently recommend to travelers from around the world. It’s safe, comfortable, and truly feels like a home away from home. I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Jason, the host, who was incredibly responsive and clear in all his communication. I used Airbnb because there were a lot of relatives coming from the countryside for the wedding. It was an excellent choice. The accommodation was so clean and comfortable, and the hostess was very kind. Access to Seoul was also very easy.

Very convenient location, comfortable beds. Has all the amenities a traveler would need. Be mindful of the shower wand placement or water will go outside the bathroom. For Americans, the dryer function takes 3x longer than at home so allow a min of 3.5 hrs for the dryer.

There are many restaurants nearby, so it's good. It's a pity that the data and calls didn't work well in the room! But the wifi is good. I had a good rest

Grace was super helpful during our stay. The neighbourhood was very quiet and nice.

The apartment was just as listed. Clean, easy to get to, and well maintained. However, I do want to add a few items that are good to know for future visitors: 1) The beds are very firm so for someone like me who previously had back surgery; I woke with a fair amount of pain 2) The keypad on the front door can be tricky to turn on (it's possible the battery may have been dying and caused my issues but I had to mess with it for a bit to finally get the screen to populate the keypad) 3) It is on the third floor and there is no elevator (as posted) but be cautious. These are not normal steps. They are steep, they are uneven. The rise between steps fluctuates. So if you are traveling this younger children or bulky baby gear (we are) or anyone who may be unstable in anyway this could pose extra risk. Why am I still leaving five stars? 1) The space is clean! 2) The area is amazing! Walkability was fantastic. 3) The host was very nice and easy to communicate with.

A very nice experience in this accommodation, ideal for families or travel with friends and getting around by public transport is very easy from this place. We love the space within the very spacious and comfortable apartment. I would definitely book it again if I had to go back.

If anyone is planning a trip to Wonju, I'd recommend this place to stay! Heh. It must be clean, so it's the best ~ ~

Great/clean place. Close to base…5-8 minute walk to main Gate/SED. Hosting super responsive . If you rent a vehicle paring is easily available. Restaurants/grocery stores/ convenience stores all within walking distance. Thanks again. See you next time.

Overall, a lovely stay in the apartment. The place was modern looking, well-situated near a subway entrance and worked well for our family. We appreciated the early check-in that you were able to offer. Thank you again for providing the extra bedding (blankets and pillows) beyond what was included in the listing. The kids said this was the “fanciest hotel” that we stayed at during our trip in Seoul.
