We had a wonderful stay in Ozark. This is a beautiful new home with all the amenities. It was easy to find and it is located in a quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend this home over staying in a hotel. Andrew is quick to respond and made entry easy and simple. Five Stars!

Perfect place for our family! Neighborhood was great for walks, park right next door, and close to restaurants and downtown Ozark. The home was laid out perfectly and incredibly clean. Amazing backyard too!

Coming into a clean house was the best start to our stay. The area was quiet, private and felt like we were right at home.

The house was nicely laid out and spacious enough for family from out-of-town to all be together for grandsons’s birthday party in Ozark. Easy access to highway. Quiet neighborhood, and great, fully fenced yard which our pup enjoyed. We liked the fireplaces, which gave a warm glow to the house, and would love to try the gas firepit on the patio in a future stay. Andrew was responsive to any issues we had.

Pretty big house with 4 bedrooms, which is great. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It has everything you need. There were lots of little things that need maintenance, but nothing that ruined our trip. We would stay there again.

Ryan's place was perfect for our family. We were in Ozark for my mother's 90th birthday party. The location was convenient, the neighborhood was quiet, and the house was practically brand new. Thank you so much for sharing your place with us. We certainly will rent your property again.

What an amazing home. Went beyond my expectations. Located in a beautiful neighborhood. Out of all the places I’ve stayed in Ozark this is by far the best. This will definitely be my first choice on my next trip to Ozark. I highly recommend this home.

Had a quick overnight event and this place was exactly what we needed. Great access to the places we needed to get and easy to get to. Would stay again.

We will look forward to our next trip south. our family overnight was enjoyed while staying at the Farm House. All six adults raved about the spaciousness, the setup, the kitchen is generously stocked to accomodate families. I would recommend this place if you want an overnight in the country yet close to the sight and events of Springfield.

Wow, what a place! Definitely a great find. Clean with new appliances and better tgan your average air bnb decor. With two grandchildren in the area this will be our go to place for long weekends.

very clean, well maintained, very comfortable beds, plenty of towels, extra TP, soap, shampoo and the homemade welcome cookies and bottles of water a bonus! great location and easy to find! will be back!

Justin is very attentive and concerned with how your stay is going at his house. The place is located close to grocery stores, restaurants, and convenience stores. The house is very neat and clean. The furniture and bedding is comfortable. You really couldn’t ask for more. Would recommend staying here if you are in the area.

We had a great stay! Would definitely stay here again. The hosts were quick to respond and proactive to communicate other information during our trip. This was a peaceful location, yet close to Springfield for venues and restaurants.

Mark and Marle’s home is very clean and comfortable .They were willing to supply a pak& play and a high chair for our granddaughter!! We met Marle and she was so welcoming and made feel very comfortable to stay in their home ! I highly recommend their Air BnB! Judy Cooper

The facility was absolutely beautiful and the home was awesome...well appointed, comfy, had extra treats, coffee pods, wonderful gas fireplace...all located in a beautiful and tranquill setting...this is my most favorite Airbnb I have ever stayed in and I will definitely be back when I am in the area! Mark was an awesome host, and was always punctual with any questions I had. He even accomodated an early morning check-out, as I had a super early flight, and took care of some things for me that I would have typically taken care of myself...OUTSTANDING venue, all kitchen utensils, ingredients, appliances, etc. were on site...clean towels, linens, etc. on site...washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets on site, which were very nice to have...other Airbnb's require you purchase your own...I only went to the grocery story once the entire week, as this Airbnb was so well stocked...beautifully decorated as well, and awesome country setting...I would recommend this to everyone!! :)

The place is clean and comfortable. It has everything, including a well-stocked kitchen. The house can easily accommodate a few people comfortably. I had a good stay.
