Exceptional stay at the Clarksville home. Home is exactly as described! With the nice weather coming the fenced in yard is a plus! Extremely clean and safe area! They even have a garage to park your car which most Airbnb’s usually do not have. A Huge Plus! Will stay again if in the area! Warmly, Akeeka

The house was conveniently located (close to stores and some restaurants). Great place for dog owners (fenced in yard), and great for senior citizens (all on one floor and minimal steps to get in). The host was quick to respond (the breaker shut power off because of a storm, and someone came immediately to flip it back on). Quiet and safe neighborhood too.

The home was welcoming and beautifully decorated. We had three generations staying there and everyone felt right at home.

Lanis was awesome he was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile if we needed anything. He was also willing to assemble a bar b que grill for us if we said the word. He didn’t want him going out his way and the weather wasn’t helpful so there was no need. The house was just like the pictures and felt immediately like home. Quiet neighborhood, conveniently located near our place of business. Plenty of room for four of us and our small dog. Host was always quick to respond and help. Very clean and lots of small amenities and goodies for our stay to be easier. Plenty of food nearby and 5 minutes from Iron 24, a great gym with day passes!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would totally stay again. The house was perfect for what we needed and the hosts were very accommodating. It’s perfectly located and well appointed which made going on adventure, to the store, or out to eat convenient and accessible. It also left you wanting to stay back and enjoy all of the amenities of being at the River House. Especially, the back deck, yard, and river access. We enjoyed the front porch too when it rained. There are SO many games and puzzles to pick from. While we could have benefited from an extra full bathroom, it was perfectly functional for 4 adults and a teenage boy. The layout kept us together and close when we wanted to be, but also offered PLENTY of room for someone to escape to a different area. The coffee bar was a hit too! I would recommend cleaning up the premisses a bit and doing some general updates to the place, but WOW! 🤩 GREAT experience at decent price! LOVED it and would do it again! Thank you for hosting us!!
