It's the best spot to surf.You'll walk to the surf spot right away.There is a shower outside even after you come back, so it is very convenient.

This family trip was for an international event held at Makuhari Messe in Chiba. We were very lucky to book Yuki’s property in advance. The location is excellent. It’s very close to JR Soga Station, just 10-15 minutes to Kaihimmakuhari Station, and Chiba Station. It’s extremely convenient for both public transportation and, if you are driving, there are plenty of paid parking lots nearby. The overnight parking fee is reasonable. The property is located on the 5th floor of a residential building, with an elevator for easy access. The self-check-in and out process was very smooth. Yuki was quick and in responding to any questions we had. The apartment is well-maintained, very spacious, neat, and clean. It features a living room, a full-size kitchen, a bathroom, and two bedrooms, making it suitable for a family. The only small note is a slight vibration from nearby trains, but it didn’t bother us. Highly recommended, and we would love to stay again when visiting Chiba!

This is such a beautiful place in a small town outside of Tokyo. The place has everything you need and you can really tell that the host has spent a lot of time and thought in setting up the place. I think having a vehicle of some sort is important to really see the surrounding area but I loved my stay here. Would recommend if you want a slower pace than Tokyo proper!

I let my family of four use it. It was a very nice accommodation, especially the movie watching while relaxing on the large screen in the theater room. The location was good and the room was very clean. We would like to use it again if we have the opportunity.

Four adults stayed at the end of the year. The interior was beautifully organized and we had a very comfortable stay. Also, since it was the cold season, the host was very considerate and prepared one electric blanket per person.

I felt it was wider than it looked in the photos. I had a pleasant stay in a beautiful interior that looked like it had been renovated. It is also fully equipped with cooking utensils, towels, toothbrushes, etc. There is plenty of space for shoes, so I think it would be convenient to bring something like disposable slippers. The interaction was also smooth. I visited in February, so I'd like to stay again when it's beach season. Thank you!

The stairwell and large garden were distinctive, and the kitchen and dishes were sufficient for a stay. The Tsurigazaki Coast is also recommended for those who do not surf within walking distance.
