Great value. Not fancy, but everything was there and clean. very well outfitted for a long stay with sufficient towels and linens and basic cleaning supplies. Much better than some other long-term stays I have had in this regard. There is a grill house 20 meters from the building with a lot of great food including some of the best pork bowels I have ever had. I would definitely stay again or recommend to a friend.

Service and contacting were very easy. We will defenetely visit here.

A very good place to relax, the terrace is the color of this place! Great hosts! The house has everything for a comfortable stay, the kitchen has a lot of different utensils , all the dishes are beautiful! We will be happy to come back for a vacation again!

Anna is very friendly and always in touch, there is a parking space. Excellent location — only 5-7 minutes walk to the incredible view and the sea. I want to come back here again!

Extremely lovely cabin with incredible views. We were in March when it's quite cold, but at the expense of the air conditioner everything is very well heated. definitely recommend!

Thank you for the opportunity to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city, while not leaving the city. Very nice hosts, comfortable home, convenient location, modern renovation. There was everything we needed for a quiet family vacation. The only bad thing is that one day it's time to go home. 😁 We'll come back again.

I really liked it! Friendly hosts, always in touch! Quiet and beautiful place, the house fully corresponds to the photos . Very close ( 5 min walk) clean sea and wild beach. The house has everything you need for a good time. Comfortable mattresses, nice and expensive furniture. Nice appliances, clean pool! High-quality grill area ! While the lights are turned off, the communication is not working, which causes some inconvenience. But there is a powerful generator on the property for a separate payment. Due to the fact that there is almost no one on the territory, the generator is turned on only for you , it turns out (+ -800-1000 UAH hour) If you want to work around the pool, even with the lights on, the wifi is missing. But everything works well inside the house! This is not a minus , but the realities of our time. Everyone was happy with the rest! We will definitely come again!

Very pleasant experience. Clean, tidy, pleasant owner, good communication. Nearby there is a coffee shop, close to the sea. I definitely recommend it!

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and bright with a balcony. With a gorgeous sea view. The main beach clubs and disco of Ibiza and Itaka are 7-8 minutes by foot. Pavel is a very responsible owner, he sent detailed instructions with a photo of how to get there. It turned out to be possible to make a late check-out without additional payment. When needed, he quickly got in touch and gave good advice. I liked everything!

My stay at this apartment was excellent. The apartment is very modern and classy. It’s a great environment to chill and relax, with plenty of space to move around, and has a comfortable bed. It’s a real gentleman’s apartment, a place I felt proud to be in. The hosts kept in regular contact about cleaning, and they were easy to get in touch with if there were any issues (simply via WhatsApp). It had everything I needed. And just quick walk to Arcadia. And far enough away not to have much noise at night. Will def come back there again!

We stayed here 2nd time, everything was great as our previous visit there.
