Waterfront vacation rentals in Chon Buri

If you’re in Pattaya and need a place to relax then look no further! I enjoyed this place so much that I’m looking to book again a the next coming weeks. Very clean, very peaceful and great location. Not far from anything and to add the nice big balcony is a plus that overlooks the pool and beach. Great place would highly recommend 10/10!

Mein zweites Mal bei Bua, nur diesmal in einem anderen Airbnb. Es gab wieder nichts zu bemängeln. Das Condo liegt im Zentrum und es ist alles was das Herz begehrt fußläufig in Reichweite. Bua reagiert sehr schnell auf Fragen. Sämtliche Abläufe waren makellos. Danke Bua und hoffentlich bis bald !

Nice and clean place as described. I got an issue about the WIFI access because the description in the listing is not correct. However Klaus always response and help me fix the issue so fast.

The villa is beautiful, it is new (about 2 years old), fully equipped (for ex. champagne glasses are also available, a special wine opener too, etc). Clean. The pool is clean, nice, big ( it is shared with 4 other villas, but it is almost always empty) . To the sea is 7 minutes walk , very quiet area. Nicklas is an excellent host, nice and always willing to help. Really nice stay.

Rafael and Janejira are quick to respond, usually within minutes. Khun Aey who was the aunt of Janejira lives nearby and available at all times. We loved the place. Beach is located across the house. The road in between the house and the beach is a dead-end road, therefore, traffic is low except for people going to the restaurants. There are 5 floors with elevator access to each floor. Total of 10 bedrooms, with 6 of them facing the sea. The bedrooms are located on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. The first floor is the dinning room, kitchen, small sitting area and the pool. The 5th floor is the lounge with huge sofa, huge screen TV and pool table. Each bedroom is equipped with coffee machine, small refrigerator and bathroom. Lots of good seafood restaurants within steps of the house and a convenient store within a block of house. We absolutely love the house and one of the best AirBnB that I have stayed in. Highly recommend.

I don’t normally do reviews, but this place demands one. This is the most relaxing beach stay in Thailand. Host are great. Location is amazing. Beach is perfect. If you are looking for a quiet lazy beach holiday, this is the place.

Amazing ambience, spick and span, very good bar menu. Amazing location but taxi not easily available at all times , use grab app for taxi. We had a great time in the Villa. Thank you.

Alex was a great host, his response time to our communications was always very fast and friendly. His house was exactly as described and the location was perfect, check in and out was effortless and the staff at the office extremely friendly and helpful. Can definitely highly recommend this home.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The location was super convenient, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt throughout the entire stay. I especially appreciated the small touches like fresh towels, a well-equipped kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi. Michael svarade snabbt på de få förfrågningar jag hade. Incheckningen gick väldigt snabbt och inte ett dugg krångligt. Området ligger en bit från centrum och beachen men detta tycker jag vägs upp av att området är väldigt lugnt och fridfullt. Jättefint poolområde som ligger precis utanför dörren. Ett tips om man hyr Michaels lägenhet är att skaffa ett Bolt konto då är centrum och även Jomtien inom räckhåll för en billig peng! Det ska nämnas att centrala Pattaya ligger en 15 minuters promenad bort. Storleken på lägenheten är toppen om du reser ensam eller med din käresta. Fler än 2 personer tror jag inte är optimalt! Tack Michael för att jag fick hyra din lägenhet 🙏

I felt very “at home” in Richard’s listing. The accommodation was very spacious and had everything I needed. It is located halfway between the beach and the main street so the location is perfect to access all areas of Bang Saray.

Nice quiet location, super close to the beach. There is a nice cafe just around the corner and the big market within ten minutes. Perfect for a quiet stay to relax. The pool and gym are also nice. The housekeeper was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Would recommend !

Our stay in Ian’s place has been fantastic. The flat has everything you need for comfort in a daily life. We especially appreciate the privacy, the quietness and the easy access to the nature. Ian has given us loads of good advices and ideas how to spend a good time. The place is very local and you need a scooter or a car to get around. Shopping is easy and the restaurants nearby have excellent food and many choices. Beaches around are all great and the massages on the beaches as well. Impossible the make a list of priority. We had a 5 weeks stay and it is hard leaving such a wonderful place! Best recommendations for Ian, the flat and the surroundings ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very nice apartment. We had a bit of difficulty with security letting us in which was frustrating, but when we got in it was great and the pool and facilities are very nice. A good place to get away from the craziness of Pattaya city without going too far.

Es war sehr schön und nicht überlaufen, die Pools waren sauber und die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Parken und einchecken verlief bestens. Würde jederzeit wieder hier verweisen.🤗👍
