Everything was very pleasant. We moved into a clean, well-maintained apartment. Everything matches the photo. Walking distance to the beach, bars, cafes and restaurants. Nice a quiet place . Grant and his partner are very friendly and will help you out with anything they can , like sorting a motorbike for when you arrive .

Overall good place to stay. Nice pool, peaceful location and easy to go to places within the city. Some areas can improve such as bedding mattress, dining chair, sofa , TV. They are currently not bad but it will 5X the experience.

There's a 7-Eleven conveniently situated at the entrance of the alley, making it easy to grab essentials. The accommodation provides WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for those who enjoy cooking. The swimming pool is spacious, and there’s also a fitness center and a game room for entertainment. The owner is very friendly, attentive, and always ready to provide helpful recommendations. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a tranquil and enjoyable getaway.

the Villa was amazing! Lots of restaurants, local food vendors, and shops nearby. everything was about a 20 minute drive away. my friends and I had an absolute blast

The home was perfect for our stay. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, clean and easy access to main walking areas. Short walks to beach and local bars.

Yuri 'space was fantastic. Very clean and stylish place with everything you needed. In a great location, right near heaps of great places to eat! Yuri was very accommodating and helpful letting us drop our bags off early and checking in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. High speed wifi, 250 mb/s , many attraction around, kids play ground , and fitness room, Restaurants there I could say excellent. Furthermore, they clearly explained the area, and also arranged a taxi for me from the apartment to the airport after I checked out. For (Price), I honestly think this is a bargain. I am looking forward to staying here again one day.

Amazing property and amazing host

It was a pleasant stay at Natkamol’s place. The house is beautiful, clean and quiet. Good for a small family with kids, and it’s a safe and secure environment. The mother was friendly when we had arrived and helpful in showing us where things were. There are laundry facilities and detergent to do your laundry beside the house. Don’t forget to turn off the AC because NatKamol will always remind you to do so. 😊 thank you for allowing my family and I to stay in your beautiful home. 😊 Angela

Wonderful apartment with a really nice sea view! The apartment itself is cozy and pleasant, fully equipped, perfect value for money. The hosts were also friendly and responsive, promptly answered questions. The neighborhood is perfect in terms of transport, sea, entertainment, food, everything is nearby! Great apartment. Very spacious, parquet floor, amazing 180 degrees view from the balcony, kitchen with all the amenities you need, living room with great tv and sofas. Very comfortable bad. The owner reply right away for any issue or question you have.

I stayed here for two days it was the most peaceful place i have stayed in pattaya , away from noises and the property was well maintained . I would really love to book the property again when i come back to pattaya
