A nice and peaceful place to stay. Scooters are available to rent very close to the apartment, making it easy to get around. The beach nearby is beautiful and quiet. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm and relaxing getaway.

다음에 또 방문할 생각입니다. 조금 먼거리는 볼트를 이용하면 아무 문제없이 지낼수 있어요~ 편의점, 마사지샵 등 편의시설이 가까운편입니다. 관리원이 항상 대기중이라 불편없이 지낼수 있습니다. 무엇보다 개미, 바퀴벌레가 없어서 더 좋구요. 블루투스 스피커만 있으면 완벽할것같아요~ 그래도 너무 만족해서 정말 다시 방문할 생각입니다.

Nida was helpful and communicative which made for an easy stay

We loved our stay at Jiranan’s place. The space was large, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful. Everything matched the description. There are many highly-rated restaurants nearby, offering both local and European cuisine. The beach is easily accessible, and the property has a large, well-maintained pool with a cozy café. The security staff is very friendly and even accepted deliveries for us. The Internet was perfect for work and playing games. A couple of things to keep in mind: at night, music from the bar street can be heard until around 2 AM, which might be an issue for light sleepers. Also, the condominium building management considers the tourist season to be from November 15 to February 15, so outside of these dates, there may be room decoration work in neighboring units from 9:00 to 17:00.

Nice large villa in a decent location - it's hard to find any truly walkable to walking street. Everything is pretty spelled out in advance. The cash deposit and threats of fines and charging for electricity certainly made me uneasy and almost unwilling to take the risk, but I imagine crazy parties and damages are likely common in Pattaya and they also rent outside Airbnb so I somewhat understand. The electricity is the only part I find distasteful but to some degree I get it though expect to pay €200 a week extra for moderate use which seems excessive. All in all - still a great stay and they weren't overbearing or excessive with any fees and treated me fairly. Would stay again.

The house is very well located nice style, old house with big space, many rooms and right by the long beach. The housekeeper is friendly and makes me feel like at home with a group of friends . We had a good time there thank you so much.

Best place I have ever stayed at Pattaya. Spacious room with huge balcony. Pool is incredible.

Huset, poolen var perfekt liksom det lugna utanför. man behövde inte känna sig orolig för ovälkomna besökare. Ett mycket bra boende som rekommenderas och man känner sig som hemma.

Rented out for a large party. This place had everything we needed to stay entertained and happy for a week. The location is great for getting a Grab anywhere in Pattaya, and there are a few good restaurants and shops within walking distance as well.

2nd time here. Great location, great pool, clean and spacious. Very easy check-in/check-out.

I booked a last-minute stay for some much-needed peace and quiet. Yai was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. The pool is amazing, and the living area is spacious with a big TV and fast internet. It’s a great place to relax and unwind!

We spend a lovely time here and it was very difficult to leave this place. Margo is always ready to help and answer any questions. The place was very clean and got all the equipment that we needed. My kids love it and ask to come back again. Highly recommended!

Останавливались с тремя детьми на три недели. Дом полностью соответствует описанию, не очень новый, но поддерживается в хорошем состоянии, есть вся необходимая посуда и инвентарь для уборки. Имеется скрытая зеленью веранда, на которой мы проводили все вечера. Персонал и соседи очень доброжелательные. На территории комплекса чисто и тихо, практически всегда посещая бассейн мы были там одни. Очень понравились абсолютно пустынные пляжи вокруг, больше всего нам полюбилась дальняя его часть, если при выезде повернуть на лево. Море там очень мелкое, а мусор, который время от времени приносит море собирает техника. Расстояния вокруг очень значительные, нужен транспорт. Для перемещения вокруг мы использовали большой мотоцикл с крышей, а для дальних локаций сервисы такси, которые без проблем можно вызвать прямо к вилле. У нас заболели дети и нам пришлось несколько раз ездить в Бангкок госпиталь, до него не более получаса на авто. Mal был очень дружелюбен и отзывчив, и всегда был готов помочь.

As a solo female traveller, safety is No1. I initially booked just a week at the condo but ended up extending to 3 weeks for the entire duration of my stay. It was comfortable and homely, conveniently located and super safe. Pool and gym facilities are amazing. Host is super responsive and attentive. Will stay here again.
