We designed a thatched roof cabana built with natural materials straight out of the jungle. Get close to nature and explore our garden and surrounding farm. The 4-acre property includes an outdoor fresh rainwater catchment system. Our neighbors, also farmers, are living as simply as possible, happily growing their own food, raising families and staying healthy.

Un lugar de realismo mágico, en donde se encuentran aún plantas e insectos que susurran y nos hablan de un pasado maravilloso, casi extinto por la insensatez e ignorancia humana, pero también nos advierten de sus consecuencias catastróficas. Eduardo es un personaje de cuento y con él muchos otros personajes que interactúan en ese diminuto paraíso. Todos hicieron de nuestra estancia unos días memorables y de reencuentro con espíritus del pasado y venideros, a dónde esperamos un día poder volver.

They picked us up from the municipal dock and took us to the hotel free of charge. They showed us around and to our cabin. The restaurant area has lots of of tables and chairs, a couple couches, some games to play, and plenty of food and drink options for a good price. There are lots of good areas to hang out around the property. It's a great place to be in nature. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Overall a pleasant stay.

Una casa preciosa para pasar un par de días con amigos o familia. El acceso en lancha es muy sencillo y Florencio estuvo pendiente de nuestras necesidades en todo momento. El lugar es increíble, te sientes como en casa desde el primer momento y poder nadar en el lago en una zona tan privada es un lujo. Al estar en medio de la naturaleza, es lógico encontrar algunos animales y un poco de suciedad relacionada a éstos. Repetiríamos seguro!

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mitten in der Natur und konnten uns mit einem gemieteten Kajak in der Umgebung alles ansehen. Das Essen war sehr gut aber sehr teuer. Wir haben in Guatemala nie soviel bezahlt. Leider war es verboten Essen und Getränke mitzubringen.
