Comfort and Peace Close to the Basilica Our stay at the "Casa Don Fabian" in Esquipulas was just what we needed. We were looking for a comfortable and quiet place to relax after visiting the Basilica, and this accommodation exceeded our expectations. The living quarters were immaculately very clean and had all the basics: a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a private bathroom. We really liked the proximity to the Basilica of the Black Christ. The host was very attentive and helpful, always willing to help and offer local recommendations. We feel genuine hospitality. If you are looking for a practical, clean place with a great location for your visit to Esquipulas, Don Fabian's House is a fantastic option, we definitely hope to return very soon.

It's a bit far from the Black Christ Basilica and I think that if someone wants to be away from the noise it's excellent, but if it's close to the first church that was built in Esquipulas, the truth is that the house is very nice and cozy, I would definitely choose it again!

The communication with the host was effective, but the experience had some inconveniences. Initially, we were informed that the house was not ready due to lack of cleanliness and offered another alternative. However, they subsequently decided to hand over the contracted house to us making sure it was already clean. Despite this correction, the cleanliness did not meet the expected standards and basic supplies were missing in the kitchen. We appreciate the willingness to address the situation, but there are opportunities for improvement in the preparation and maintenance of the accommodation.

The host was very friendly and whenever I needed something he answered me quickly, highly recommended for couples, family and friends. The house has everything.
