Wonderful stay. Takoma Park is a great little part of the DMV with close by amenities, including a super awesome Mexican place and local butcher with killer breakfast burritos. The apartment was just as advertised and very pleasant. Fish was a great host. Will be returning.

Omq we had an amazing time at David’s place everything was so incredible. I would recommend if you are visiting DC, you won’t regret it at. I’m telling you i didn’t want to leave the place lol but love the space & the area safe location. Parking is great over there as well no problems at all, just loved everything about it thank you again David ☺️

Jan was a great host and the place is super comfortable. The location is great. I highly recommend staying here if you're out this way. A heads up to anyone booking, there is construction on University starting at the corner with the 7-11. If you're going East, be sure to be prepared for some treacherous potholes as of June 1st 2025. We discovered that if we were driving to DC that taking a right at that light and keep going straight, eventually the GPS will not have you backtrack.

New to the area, my family and I stayed here while waiting for our new home to be ready. After a long drive from out of state, this place was just what we needed: clean, quiet, and affordable. Additionally, check-in instructions were easy to follow... a huge plus for some "road torn" travelers LOL.

Sally’s place is a beautifully and a peaceful haven that beckons you to spend time in it. Decorated with Sally’s own artwork that I loved so much I bought one of her paintings!! Note that while the shower is small (fine for a short person) she invites you to use a bigger one downstairs. The kitchen sink is a bit awkward for short people, but the kitchen is well equipped and I easily made several simple meals. There’s a beautiful garden that Sally welcomes you to use. And it’s an easy walk to Takoma Park or Silver Spring. Sally herself is an amazing and kind host. Incredibly friendly, helpful, and very responsive. I really loved staying at Sally’s place and highly recommend it!!!

This place was perfect for my short stay in DC! The apartment was spotless and decorated beautifully. I appreciated the clear check-in instructions and quick responses from the hosts whenever I had a question. The stocked fridge was also a nice touch that I appreciated after a long drive! Would definitely recommend.

Our stay was great and worry free - from finding easy street parking, getting into the unit, finding our way to local restaurants and cafes in the Brookland neighborhood. My wife and I are relocating to the area and their location allowed us to get a real feel for Brookland and helped to confirm that is the community we want to live in when we move. The location is a very quick walk to the Franciscan Monastery, a local gem for those who like to walk around beautiful and tranquil gardens, and I highly recommend folks take the opportunity to see this amazing green space so close to the hustle and bustle of Washington DC.

Very nice location close to UMD and all the city. Very spacious. Definitely value for money. Only drains that since it’s a semi-basement, you cannot do serious cooking, which we did not want to do in any case. Rest is great.

We loved the home and everything about it! It was just as described and in a calm, peaceful neighborhood. Great parking out front and easy access to get inside! The home has everything we needed with very comfortable bedding and furniture!

We enjoyed our stay at Ashley’s place! The Airbnb was spacious, very clean, quiet, and safe. It’s in a residential area and only a 20-minute walk to food and other services. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a fantastic stay! The location is incredibly convenient—just a few blocks from DC, which made exploring the city super easy. One of the standout features was the accessible parking right on-site—such a rare and appreciated bonus in this area. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze. They were also very kind and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area and will definitely look forward to staying here again next time I’m in town!

I had a great stay here! The host was responsive, helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish. The place itself was clean, quiet, and in a fantastic location—just a short walk to two bus stops, about a mile and a half from the train station, and close to both a Whole Foods and a Trader Joe’s. The kitchen is perfect for travelers who want to heat up leftovers or eat on real dishes instead of takeout containers. For those of us who really like to cook, just note that the kitchen is more minimalist—there were only two knives and one kitchen towel during my stay, which meant doing dishes and laundry a little more often. Not a big deal at all, but something to know in advance if you’re planning to cook full meals. All in all, I’d absolutely stay here again. Wonderful space, great value, and an even better host!

Olofs suite is a peaceful cozy space providing all the necessities. My family felt very relaxed and enjoyed deep sleep before each adventure. The area is beautiful with parks and creeks, and quick access to yummy cafes, restaurants, and bakeries. This space is also a peaceful walk to the metro, perfect for commuters. This is a great place to stay and tour the DC Metro area - provided you have a car. Most days it would take us 30 minutes to get to and from DC though if we hit rush-hour, it was as long as an hour. The space is tidy and great. My kids love the pool, though it was a little cold for me-they swam there every night. Jennifer is great to communicate if you have any needs she gets stuff done right away. Note that there is only one bathroom, which can be a pain if you have a full house of six people. The washer and dryer are small so it will take you longer if you’re used to a full size. She had all the cooking methods and appliances available. The theater room has Netflix and Amazon prime ready for you to watch a show. There is even a popcorn maker. We did not use the gym, but it was nice - comparable to a small hotel gym. Property is in the owner’s basement, so there is some sound from upstairs as identified in the listing. Host stays out of your way but is there if you need anything.

We loved staying at Hidden Gardens. It was very clean and Noris made it extra special with all her personal touches to make us feel very special. The garden out back is very relaxing and just beautiful. We loved sitting out there and enjoying all the beautiful flowers and greenery. Noris is an excellent host and amazing person. She made us feel special and we felt right at home. I can’t wait to go back. Noris is a “super-host”.

We stayed one month at Saber's place. The place had all the basic things we needed. The location was great for using the metro and buses to DC. We walked to Georgetown and National Mall. There were plenty of good restaurants around and Safeway and Target nearby. We were two females, but felt safe walking around the area and even at night. Saber was proactive in communicating and responded quickly to questions.

Arshams listing is wonderful! Everything was so clean and fit all 5 of us so comfortably! We loved the tea options 😍. It was in perfect walking distances from great food, coffee places (and fun little bevs) as well as an easy walk to the metro! We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

Our family had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Washington DC! The location was ideal—just a short walk to the Metro, making sightseeing effortless. The neighborhood was safe and welcoming, which gave us peace of mind while traveling. Dining options nearby were a great convenience, with a fantastic Thai restaurant across the street and a pizza place next door. This was nice because we often returned from a long day of walking and needed to eat close by. A grocery store a few blocks away was an added bonus. Inside, the space was perfect for our family of six, with two bedrooms, comfortable beds, and two bathrooms that made mornings smoother. Large windows added to the relaxing atmosphere, and the projector in one room made for memorable movie nights. Our teens especially loved the pool table on the main floor. This Airbnb was the perfect base for our DC adventure, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for families or anyone seeking a comfortable, well-located stay!
