Nestled in the heart of Paradise Valley on its own private 10 acres, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. Cottage is super cozy, sparkling clean, all the amenities of home and more, relax in front of the fireplace inside, or if you prefer the crackling sound and smell of a wood burning fireplace mosey on out to the outdoor fireplace pavilion. One bedroom apartment attached to what once was a historic log bar now an art gallery and frame shop. This business is closed for summer of 2025. The apartment is spacious, about 500 sq ft with sliding door opening to a large deck with table and chairs, propane BBQ, and views of mountains. Lounge chairs are available in the warmer months. It is an ideal location, so close to Chico Hot Springs, 4-5 restaurants and bars, fishing, hiking and the quaint western town of Livingston!
