Excellent apartment, would stay again. The Pros; Easy entry, friendly 24 hr security. Place matched the photos. There's a pool! Yes, it's tiny, but so refreshing on hot afternoons. There's a gym. Again, not huge, but great to have on-site. Farmers Market. We prefer to cook our meals & the market was amazing. About 6 blocks away with fresh, inexpensive produce & meats. This was our favorite part of the stay. Gorgeous views & breezes. Big windows in the living room to see the sunrise, a terrace to enjoy the sunset. The cross ventilation kept the apt nice & cool. Responsive host. Stuff happens. For example, the blender didn't work. We reached out to the host and the very next day a new one was delivered. That's a super host! The Cons; The neighborhood is just ok. You're on a bit of an island with sketchy areas on numerous sides. We had no problems but were cautious. Lots of feces on the sidewalks. We ran into cockroaches in the apartment. Overall a great stay, would stay here again.

Maria Alejandra's place is very cozy and quiet, excellent for spending a few days in the city. Access to the complex is quick and easy, the guards are very attentive. I would definitely stay in his apartment again for future opportunities.

its actually better than the pictures. excellent central location. Host is very friendly and very proactive. Installed a new water heater for us. Unlike many Airb&b these days I was surprised there were no draconian check out rules where you place the garage there and clean x,y and z before leaving. Instead I had friendly coordination with host at my request instead of turning into hired help at the end when leaving.

Very nice stay! Nice and spacious apartment. There were some problems with the internet but this is very nice and well resolved. Communication went very well. Definitely recommended!

VERY BEAUTIFUL CABIN A very cute and peaceful place to spend time as a family. We enjoyed the stay because everything was very tidy and clean, the rooms and beds were very comfortable, the TV room was great, but above all we enjoyed the heated jacuzzi, what a delight. We had a wonderful time as a family. The host was very attentive and formal. Thank you for everything.
