Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Chiba

We had a fantastic stay at June’s apartment in Tokyo! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures—very clean, modern, and well-maintained. It’s in a super convenient location, just a short walk from the train station and right next to a convenience store, which made everything so easy. The apartment was perfect for our family of five, including three big kids (ages 12–16). It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. June went above and beyond—she even came in person to welcome us, explain everything clearly, and made sure we were well taken care of. We really appreciated the thoughtful free gifts too! Although coin parking nearby is a bit pricey, that’s quite normal in Tokyo, and the convenience of the location more than made up for it. We highly recommend June’s place and would definitely stay here again!

The place is clean, safe and convinient with near supermarket and convinient stores. You can travel easily in some famous places like Shinjuku and Shibuya from Toritsu-Kasei Station. The host is responsive. I recommend this place

Location is great but comes with a price if you are bothered by late night trains bring earbuds. It did not bother us and the host was very hospitable and friendly. Good sized accomodation for the area. Would happily stay again!

1. Location 1.1) The location of the property is about a 10-minute walk from Ikegiriohashi Station! If you're taking the train to the airport on the first and last day, it's better to take a taxi to Shibuya Station or Shinjuku Station than public transportation! 1.2) If you don't have a carrier, there's no problem walking. The road to the accommodation has a unique Japanese sensibility, and the alley is beautiful, so it's good to walk. 1.3) There is a 7-Eleven near the property, so it's good to get snacks. 2. Cleanliness & interior 2.1) Overall, it's very clean. The bedding is well organized, and the inside of the room is clean! However, it was a bit of a pity that there were no bathroom shoes to use when taking a shower in the bathroom~ I was satisfied with the rest except for that part. 2.2) There are so many towels. There is no shortage of towels. 2.3) There is a TV that supports Netflix and YouTube, so it's not boring even when you're at the accommodation! 2.4) The bed, sofa, and single-seat chair are too fluffy. 3. Price & Host 3.1) I think the price is reasonable. If the room size and facilities are like this, I am 100% willing to stay again. 3.2) The host is kind, the response is really fast, and he kindly answers any questions. I had a comfortable stay for 2 nights and 3 days.

We had a great time in Tokyo staying at Rei's. The apartment is nice and fully furnished (washing machine and dryer are a huge plus). The area is quiet and not touristy, but with delicious food spots. Rei was super reactive and kind. Definitely recommended!

This was a great stay! It can be cramped with 4 people but we made it work and was extremely accessible. I would definitely recommend staying here as it’s close to everything but away from the bustle of the city!

Masami was amazing! From the booking process to the stay, she was extremely communicative and responsive. Her guides in the home was thorough and left me feeling confident when navigating appliances in a difference language. The location was also very convenient. I would definitely recommend Masami!

It was a very nice facility! The amenities were also quite complete, which was very helpful. It was windy and I couldn't have a BBQ, so I'd love to try again next time. However, the road is quite narrow, so I think it is better to be quite careful if you are a novice in a car such as a wagon.

A bit far from main attractions but it’s what we wanted, peace & quiet. There’s train stations 7-10mins both ways so it’s t wasn’t a problem. There’s a small grocery store across the street & convenient stores 3-7mins walk. There’s a bigger grocery store, daiso, clothing, & drug store 7 mins walk through the nice neighborhood. The whole place was very clean & comfortable. I’d like to point out that the place is on the second floor & there’s no elevator. They also don’t have staff to receive luggage delivered so book your delivery for when you’re there already checked in. Despite that I still give this place five stars for the cleanliness alone.

Wonderful hosts! I cannot say that enough. We were picked up and dropped off at the station coming from Narita. The house is just as you see in the photos and everything is well taken care of. Whenever we had concerns or questions, there we had a response. For a big trip internationally, the recommendations were well received and the hosts helped us with travel and figuring out where to get on the train and how to get around. Facilities inside were great. Air conditioning with fans. Washer was available to use. Just a notice for potential lookers. I guess you could say we were in the 'suburbs' of Tokyo. Travel is a little longer than usual by train but we adapted well and planned around that. There are stairs up to the main floor. A little narrow, so if you are okay with that, then this is a great place to stay. Just make sure you follow house rules and you will have a great time. I have no real negatives to say.

This is our second time staying at Tomoki-Sans place and as usual, it was an amazing stay. Tomoki went above and beyond to help me and my mom, he even offered to pick us up from the airport, the first time any Airbnb host has went out of their way to do that. This is the perfect spot- 2 minute walk from Meguro station, access to Meguro River (came during cherry blossom season and it was blooming!), and many supermarkets & convenience stories nearby. The place is clean and equipped with washer and dryer, kitchen, and dining/workspace. Beds are comfortable for two people. This is our go-to spot in Tokyo and I highly recommend to book this spot if you see it available! Thank you Tomoki, will see you next year! :)

We stayed at Toshi's place two years in a row and couldn't be happier. The location is amazing being close to the beach, many cute shops and cafe, the train station and main street of Hase. The place is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully managed with all the amenities you need and more. Toshi is a great host and always responsive, and provided very clear instructions. We felt very welcome and highly recommend staying here!

A cozy place in a quiet neighbourhood. There are two subway stations nearby so commuting was a breeze. The apartment was exactly as described. The washroom was clean and efficient and having two toilet seats really helped, though fitting into the smaller toilet needed some gymnastics. Though portrayed as two bedrooms, it’s impossible to fit the second bed in the kitchen cum dining area. If there are three of you then everyone has to sleep in the same room. There were small niggles like bedside lamp not working and a bedside table drawer coming off. Easily checked sorted before guests arrive. The balcony definitely needs scrubbing. Overall a nice, pleasant and peaceful stay. Mathew is doing a great job. This place is highly recommended.

This was a very nice place for me and my husband and two adult children. Our kids stayed in the room with two floor beds and my husband and I stayed in the room with one bed for a couple (queen sized and perfectly comfortable for us). The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and gorgeous. The only thing about this lovely home is that it is a bit of a hike from the metro and we did spend quite a lot of time commuting. That said, after the bustle of a day spent in Tokyo, it became a relief to commute home to this lovely, quiet neighborhood! We really enjoyed our stay there, thank you Ryusuke!
