הדירה קומפקטית ומודרנית ונמצאת במיקום מאוד מרכזי, קרובה לתחבורה ציבורית, מסעדות, חנויות ומועדונים. הנוף המשתקף מחלון הקומה החמישית הוא ישירות לקומת חניון של הבניין שממול. באשר להכנסת אורחים וחברים, היה צריך לעבור פרוצדורה שדרשה לשלוח לג׳ורג׳ את צילום התעודה המזהה בעבור כל אדם הנכנס לבניין, דבר שמצאתי קצת מייגע אמנם לא הצטרכתי בו מכיוון שהעדפתי לפגוש אותם בחוץ מפאת ההתעסקות. ג׳ורג׳ השאיר עליי רושם טוב של אדם חיובי וזמין אם כי לא נפגשנו פנים אל פנים. סך הכל הרגיש שהמחיר היה הגון ביחס לתמורה.

We enjoyed our stay in the Balcones de Jasmin building. It was a very cozy, small penthouse apartment with a nice balcony that overlooks the city. Convenient location for nightlife, restaurants and shopping. Laura was very attentive and I’d recommend the apartment for couplew and solo travelers.

Todo perfecto, el lugar muy cómodo, tiene todo lo que necesitas, una cocina bien equipada y la ubicación es muy central.

David and Juan were great hosts! We landed early and were able to check in a few hours early which really helped us and the apartment was fantastic, even the jacuzzi was super easy to use. During our stay, Bogota had a 6.3 Earthquake and within a minute the hosts already had reached out to make sure we were okay, and we were and there were no issues in the apartment or the building. Their attentiveness and concern for every detail was refreshing to see! I will definitely be booking this Air BnB when i come back to Bogota as i travel here frequently! Thanks again guys!

El lugar ofrecido por Gladys es un lugar muy tranquilo y agradable. Esta en las montañas aledañas a Tenjo, lo que lo hace un lugar especial. Gladys es la mejor anfitriona que he tenido en los diferentes usos que he hecho de esta plataforma. Siempre va mas allá de lo que el promedio de anfirtriones hace. Es una persona muy amable y servicial. Y de verdad se preocupa y esfuerza para hacer de tu estadía algo especial y único. 100% recomendado este lugar para todo el que quiera descansar y tener días tranquilos de trabajo o descanso.

El departamento es muy cómodo, ubicado en una zona excelente, rodeado de multitud de servicios. Todo extremadamente limpio, muy bien equipado, la cama muy cómoda, localizado en un edificio muy moderno y seguro. Todos los detalles extramadamente cuidados para hacer de la estancia, una experiencia muy agradable. La comunicación con Yesid muy fluida desde el minuto 0. En definitiva, el mejor departamento que nos hemos hospedado hasta la fecha en airbnb, sin duda repetiriamos la experiencia!

We truly enjoyed our time at the apartment. Having 3 bathrooms was so awesome to speed up getting ready. The location is perfect. Unicentro is just a quick walk and lots to do around in the same vicinity. The recommended transportation, really worked out for transfers to and from the airport with a trusted person. We really appreciated the goodies that were available to us upon arrival, especially since my husband came down sick. This is a great safe place to stay!

Cuando estás dentro de la casa, se siente como una casita de campo: acogedora, tranquila y perfecta para descansar. El patio es delicioso para pasar el rato; algunas mañanas tomamos el desayuno ahí y fue genial. El barrio es muy tranquilo, pero a pocas cuadras hay comercios y restaurantes si necesitas algo. Adriana es súper amable, responde rápido y se asegura de darte todas las indicaciones para que llegar sea fácil. Incluso nos recibió con unos detalles para picar y tomar, lo cual fue un gesto muy bonito. La casa tiene todo lo necesario, está bien equipada y todo funciona bien. Éramos cuatro personas y el espacio fue perfecto, aunque incluso caben más. Sin duda, volveríamos a alquilar este lugar.

Loved my stay here! The space is extremely beautiful and Wayra as well as Angie were the nicest people. I loved being picked up at the airport by Angie and her husband, they’re such a sweet couple. I felt right at home and loved that there were some nice people there as well. I would come again! The only thing is, that it’s quite a walk away from La Candelaria and walking the streets home at night didn’t feel fully comfortable for me.

great accommodation! the check in went very smooth. my partner and I arrived much later than expected at night and Manuel was very quick to respond to our questions. the room is exactly as described.

En este lugar celebré mi cumpleaños y realmente estuvo espectacular todo lo relacionado al alojamiento. El dueño del lugar estuvo disponible para cualquier inquietud que tuviera y el lugar estuvo perfecto para la celebración. Muchas gracias!

Una experiencia acogedora, los baños cómodos y amplios, las camas en buen estado, cuenta con todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios, tiene agua caliente y el agua no falló en ningún momento. Lo volvería a repetir

Pilar siempre estuvo atenta a lo que requerimos , la casa es hermosa, todo muy limpio , las camas muy cómodas y tiene detalles con temas de productos de aseo personal muy buenos , gracias 🫶🏻

Un lugar muy tranquilo lejos del bullicio en un barrio seguro para caminar. Bastantes restaurantes, parques y servicios en los alrededores. Doña María en la recepción es muy amable y siempre dispuesta a dar recomendaciones :) Juan siempre atento. Volvería sin dudarlo en algún momento que regrese a Bogotá.

O apartamento é espaçoso e tem uma vista linda. O atendimento de Julio foi ótimo!. Está bem localizado e numa área segura. Com porteiro 24h. Tem um lavabo, além do banheiro, com sabonete líquido nos dois. Detalhes que não são mto bons: não tem sofá na sala, no box tem cortina, todos pratos, copos, xícaras da cozinha são de plástico, não tem nem sal, não tem secador de cabelo, tem barulho na rua e final de semana tem música toda madrugada. Ficaria novamente em dias de semana!

el departamento muy muy bonito, cómodo, el balcón super lindo, y la vista en la parte de arriba del edificio, donde se ve todo alrededor, Julian también siempre atento y responde rápido. El departamento bien limpio y todo lo que necesitábamos, lo tenía... sin duda alguna, nos sentimos bien cómodos los días que estuvimos en Bogotá

We loved our experience at this place. Everything was very clean, organized, and well-equipped, with a cozy decor that made us feel right at home. The beds were comfortable, the atmosphere was peaceful, and you could tell that great care was put into every detail. The location is ideal: close enough to everything, yet in a very quiet area perfect for resting. On top of that, the host was very attentive and always available to help us with any questions or recommendations. It was a comfortable, safe, and pleasant stay. We definitely recommend it and hope to come back soon. Thank you for an excellent experience!
