Gorgeous fully self-contained apartment in the iconic Q1 resort and Spa. Centrally located with 2 minute walk to light rail and beach 500 metres. Property has pools, spa, outdoor bbqs, loungers, games room, gym, steam room and sauna. Perfect holiday destination. Just far enough from Cavill Ave to be out of the noise and easy to get to Broadbeach and other parts of the GC. You don't really need a rental car as transport on the Glink is at the door. No Schoolies bookings will be accepted.

Shanae was a fantastic host. She was extremely helpful and met us at her place and showed us around. Her place was lovely and clean and very spacious. It was very well equipped with everything you need. The location is great. Close to shops, restaurants, entertainment, public transport and the beach. The apartment complex had lots to do as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Edwin and Vivianna have a wonderful apartment near lots of restaurants and the main shopping centre, Pacific Fair. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay on the Gold Coast :)

We had a really good 4 night stay. Great location, walking distance to everything. Check in was easy, clear pictures on where to find the keys. Good accom if you have little ones as in the cupboard there were a bucket and shovel, scooters and boogie boards provided. The only downside was there was a smell that lingered around the whole time and no hot water the morning we were checking out so could not shower.

We had a lovely stay! Unit was clean and well appointed. Everything we needed! Pod coffee machine was a lovely touch. Nice quiet area and close to everything. Darinka was very responsive and communication was great. Our only issue was that someone had parked in our space one evening but Darinka helped us as much as she could. However, the after hours number to call for the resort itself were not helpful at all which was disappointing. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Darinka!

My family of 5 adults had a lovely 8 nights stay in this home. It’s walking distance from the beach, Cavill Ave, shops, restaurants and more. It was spacious to stay in all day especially when it rained for 2 days straight. The air con was fabulous!! Was a comfortable temperature all the time and we felt no humidity at all. Fully equipped kitchen, fabulous bathrooms, and great communication from hosts. Thank you for a lovely stay.
