Vacation rentals with a patio in Chesterfield County

Trey’s place was perfect for our short stay. Close to the places we spent time. Trey and Emily were friendly and responsive. Look forward to staying again next time we are in Richmond.

This is a great rental! Hosts were flexible and accommodating with my last-minute request. Beautiful apartment in the extremely popular Fan district of Richmond. I thought it was even nicer than the pictures. Street parking was always available even though it is on a block with popular restaurants. I was only there on weekdays so it might be a bit more spirited on the weekends. Local restaurants, bars and markets abound. If you don’t mind normal city noise, it was very peaceful. I slept like a rock. I could hear footsteps from the upstairs apartment occasionally but absolutely nothing disturbing. I slept in the middle bedroom. I can’t speak for the front bedroom because I didn’t need to use it. Full kitchen was a plus and I really appreciated the coffee. I was also grateful for the washer/dryer. There was just the right amount of signage and instructions throughout. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Mariana’s place is well kept and just as the pictures. The beds are prob some of the most comfortables we have ever had in an airbnb. The pillows and linens too. Very fast/easy to get downtown and to the River. Would def come back

Candice was fantastic to work with - extremely responsive and helpful. We had a long term stay and she also helped us set up additional cleaning services. We needed a place close to the hospital and this unit was perfect.

Great stay. Very clean and comfortable! Casey is very accommodating and makes check in and out a breeze.

The place was clean and nicely decorated. The unit had a pleasant smell upon entering. The only critique I have is that there is no toaster in the kitchen. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice to be able to have a toaster to make a quick breakfast.

Ashley was amazing! When I told some issues she came and looked into it and fixed it ASAP. (Issue was very minor). The layout was great, sofas comfortable enough that you could sleep on them! Backyard was great for my two large dogs! Ashley was great! This is a perfect place for temporary housing or for like me for in between houses where I sold and had to wait a couple weeks until I could get into my new place!

Ashley's home is in a lovely quiet wooded neighborhood - lots of green space, trees, pretty homes, and very friendly neighbors. If you enjoy walking, biking, or running, you'll be in the perfect spot. We don't have a dog, but it's nice that she allows people who do to bring along their furry friends. The beds and super comfy and the blackout curtains also make for a good night's sleep. A great place to stay if you're looking for peace and quiet.

This home was beautiful! So often Airbnbs are clearly flips, especially in Richmond . They are nice enough but you can tell someone bought it and renovated it solely to make money as an Airbnb host. This space was very different. This home is beautiful and is decorated according to the era in which it was built, while still being incredible comfortable and having all the amenities. The hosts were warm and friendly and had obviously lived here at some point because their recommendations were spot on and the home wasn’t bare bones and basic furniture. They had thought through what guests would need or want and made sure we felt comfortable in the space. This is a beautifully maintained, elegant and cozy home and our family loved staying here. Bonus: parking on the street was very easy (we always managed to get a spot right out front) and the AC worked very well.

Very nice on inside. Location did not feel entirely safe - saw graffiti and bars on some windows. I definitely would not be walking to any of the locations the owner mentioned at night.

Great little spot when you mostly just need a place to crash for a night or two. No frills but comfy and cozy. Surprisingly quiet for the location. Tucked away off the main roads enough that there's not much traffic noise. Walkable to lots of great spots. Parking was never an issue. Would stay again.

Usually I am a little apprehensive about sharing a space with the owners but my mind changed with this air bnb. Felt private, everything was clean amd very chic. In a secluded peaceful area but still driving distance from Richmond city center. A great place!

The property and house were stunning. The house was super clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed. Everything about the home was comfortable. We enjoyed our mornings outside with coffee and feeding the horses. The property is stunning and quiet. Gail and Randy were kind and gave us riding lessons and a historical tour around the property. We will be back and we recommend the home! it's a gem!

Thank you for a lovely stay! we loved the character of this apartment. The beds were comfy, the cot was easy to set up, the climate control was easy and worked well. Eugene was very responsive in troubleshooting the TV. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great place to stay because you're just a few short blocks away from Cary Street, where there are lots of great stores and restaurants. We walked over several times to get coffee and go to a restaurant, and then shopping the next morning. The apartment is not "new" -- it's in one of the many old houses that line the street. But it was fun and had some character. The bed might be a little soft for some people, but I was comfortable.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Our stay at this property was truly delightful. It was incredibly comfortable and exactly as described, even exceeding our expectations! We loved the thoughtful welcome gift from the hosts. The property was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and up-to-date. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, and the classy decor made it feel very inviting. The kitchen was exceptionally well-furnished, and linens were new and spotless. Plenty of soap and cleaning supplies were available, which was a great convenience. The location was fantastic – convenient and close to many attractions, with inexpensive Uber rides. While minor, we noted typical urban noise from traffic and alarms. Despite these minor points, we were extremely pleased with our choice. The hosts were absolutely wonderful. We highly recommend this property for a comfortable, clean, and well-appointed stay.

The condo is renovated and very clean! It’s good location if you are looking to be downtown. It has parking which is a plus!

Beautiful tree lined street, with front and back porches to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. A house furnished with a lot of art to appreciate. Convenient to downtown, VCU and a host of amenities. Highly recommend for short and long term stays.

Nice place. Only negatives were that the couch was a bit dirty, bathroom small, and the bedroom has one of the floorboards has a taped over hole. The location is fantastic though and right in the middle of all the great restaurants and activities in Carytown

Very cute little place to stay for a while. You have access to lots of restaurants and stores not too far away as well as having the public transport bus 1 block up from your stay to get you to places.
