Small but nice apartment. Everything as in the photos seen. The apartment has even a coffee Automat and even coffee beans were there. That was my first time to found an apartment in Ukraine with having a coffeemaker. Very close is a huge nice park. Ideal for walking with a dog. City center is 20min driving with a car. Nice apartment Beautiful city

Thank you Natalia for a wonderful stay. This is one of the best and cleanest apartments we rented. Very thoughtful, minimalist and spacious. At the same time, the interior is very refined. There is literally everything you could need for the comfort of your guests inside. The location is great, right next to Turkish Square. The host responded instantly. We will definitely visit again if necessary 💛

In Mr. Pavlos' house, my parents were hosted...They are very excited by both the house and the location..It was a clean apartment, in the center of the city in a very quiet neighborhood,at a reasonable price ...Mr. Pavlos, is a great host, very friendly and willing...Thank you so much for hosting..!!

This is our second time visiting this place, everything will be taken care of. Light, clean, warm, convenient location. Special thanks for the flexible check out time. Hosts made it possible to check out 2 hours later, so as not to expect a train at the station.

Convenient and clean, everything corresponds to the photo, a little noisy from the station. Please note that there is a five floor without an elevator, with heavy bags it is a little difficult to climb. There was little toilet paper for 2 days for three people - only one roll, but overall the experience is positive) All the appliances are working, the air conditioner was very helpful in the heat.

The lights can't capture the real area of the room, it's huge. The entire place was in good condition, well maintained, clean, warm, and free of water. There is a table and cookware, clean towels. Quiet. But my expectations of hospitality were exceeded by the host's friendly and humane attitude, who, during a difficult condition for many Ukrainians, does not hide his eyes, heart and hands from good deeds for people with whom he has no business relationship. The apartment is in the very center of the city, there is parking behind the fence, from the shortcomings - not a modern front door.

Everything went well, the host responds quickly. Always in touch, I needed an apartment for a few days, unfortunately the apartment in which I stayed was claimed the next day, so the owner offered another option. The apartment is tidy. The only thing I didn't understand is how the TV turns on. Also there were not enough paper napkins in the kitchen. In general, everything went great.

Thank you very much Margarita for clear instructions and constant communication. The apartment had everything you needed for your stay. The apartment is new, all the details are thought out, all the necessary things are present in the kitchen. The place is very convenient because you can walk to all the main and significant historical monuments and the city center. Within walking distance, very close is the central street with lots of shops as well as restaurants and cafes. Recommended!

Amazing view, comfortable place and great location. This was my second time when I rented an apartment in the same building from Oksana, and I will definitely rent the same place next time.

Incredible apartment in the very tourist center, in the middle of a pedestrian street. Nearby are the best Cavways, restaurants, bookstores, etc. Grocery stores are also nearby. In the next building there is a beautiful museum, I recommend a visit. The place is quite in line with the luxurious location - a spacious three-bedroom apartment with two separate bedrooms, the beds are just royal! Beautifully furnished, has everything you need, everything works, the atmosphere of the apartment is the most wonderful thing I have met. Many thanks to the hosts for the opportunity to feel welcome in an unfamiliar city! We want to come again)
