A two-room studio with a balcony is located on the 2nd floor of a Stalin-era house in the heart of the old city. Major repairs completed in May 2020. All windows are in a quiet, full of greenery, courtyard. The apartment is fully stocked for a comfortable stay. A dishwasher is installed for your convenience. The table and bath amenities are available. No smoking. Nearby there is a park, a square, a pedestrian alley with cafes and restaurants, a market, paid and free parking, transport stops.

Located in a unique quiet place in a Stalinist house. 50 meters to the central square. There is no public transportation noise. Rehau windows are also installed. The studio apartment is two-room(in the heart of the city)

The apartment is in the very heart of Chernigov, in a quiet, cozy courtyard. 200 m from the house there is a central square with Bogdan Khmelnytsky Park with green alleys, with numerous light fountains, as well as many historical sights and cathedrals. On the central street there is a large number: restaurants, cafes – for every taste! You will have many pleasant memories from your visit to our city, we are waiting for you!

Валентин was very responsive and helpful. He was on time and an excellent host. He even called me a cab for the next morning and was informative when it arrived. The place was very charming. A bit funny with the Asian vibe but enjoyable and comfortable. The location was excellent. On a quiet street but just a 2 minute walk to a beautiful park.

This place is in a nice, walkable location, close to stores and restaurants. The place was very clean and the host was responsive. I did find it a bit bare for an Airbnb, as some basic amenities were lacking. The place could do with a microwave, toilet seat cover and adequate toilet paper. But otherwise everything was allright. Would stay again.
