Great place to stay. Beautiful views and well equipped house. It’s not the budget option but it’s worth it. The only thing is you have to be prepared for Ukrainian reality, sometimes electricity does go off. Hopefully war will be over soon and it won’t be a problem 🤞

якось в один день я, мій хлопець і собака по імені Платон вирішили вирватись з міських джунглів і відпочити в лісних джунглях, після довгого пошуку ми знайшли будиночок пана Олега. по-перше хочу подякувати за такий теплий прийом, всі вказівки, рекомендації, купу маленьких деталей і комунікацію по-друге це дійсно шок - сидиш в самому центрі осокорків, а враження ніби за містом. тепер, -ножі є, і не один, не два а штук 7 -так, дійсно душова в зоні бані, але не знаю мене навіть прикололо і так більше місця. проте зважайте це в кого є запити -і так само туалет, тому кому буде напряжно бігати по сходам (літні люди, діти..) то треба це враховувати -так, десь трішки не криштальна чистота, але в основному це на вулиці. а це вулиця, ало) але ж -басейн! класний, чистенький, просторий -генератор! це зараз маст хев -велика ділянка з лежаками, гамаками -і взагалі дуже приємна атмосфера для того, щоб нічого не робити приємний бонус: собака приймала сонячні ванни 24/7 тому я супер рекомендую

Good and peaceful place. Parking and all the facilities are available. Some of the things should be fixed, such as entrance door, fridge door. Overall, great place for a big company

сказочное место, дружелюбные хозяева и красивый вид на озеро. бассейн хороший 👍 место для шашлыка отличное, плюс беседка уютно, и балкон красивый. чистый домик и большая спальня

Дякуємо власнику Ігорю за один з найкращих Airbnb ексіпірієнсів! Абсолютно все в квартирі зроблено для комфорту гостей - від теплої підлоги та якісного кондиціювання і до таких дрібниць, як спеції, кава/чай, якісний посуд. Окрема вдячність за те, що Ігор дозволив заїхати трішки раніше, а виїхати пізніше. Із великим задоволенням повернемось знову!

Very nice and friendly host. We enjoyed our stay! The apartment is in the perfect central location. Looked better than in the photos. Everything was great!

It's a sad truth but were it not for war I'd never afford this place. It's a marvel for people watching with the square below and the unpredictable events that take place there. The framework has a nostalgia of the best Soviet period ideals (equality of the essentials of life) and highly decorative brutalist architecture all along Khreshchatyk Street without the stiffling corruption of the old totalitarian myasma. The interior is highly modern (as displayed) and outside is the sweet underground Globus Mall with all kinds of restaurants along the streets. There's great wifi and friendly house keeping. The balcony is great for reading in warmer weather and there's a beautiful but haunting melody that plays outside at noon. It was an excellent place to read in for a month. Even the daily air siren and blasts of the air defense might unnerve at first but the system is pretty robust in the face of constant threats.

Все було дуже чудово. Світлана швидко відповідала на смс, та завжди була готова допомогти або щось підсказати. Квартира була в чудовому стані, а також усередині було все необхідне для комфортного життя. Обов’язково приїду ще. Рекомендую
