This was our second time staying here and we couldn’t love this place more! It was absolutely perfect for a weekend in Leavenworth but we would have been so happy and comfortable staying here for a week+! Lisa created a beautiful space with everything you could need. Plenty of storage for all those winter coats and boots, etc to come off after a day in the snow and a nice relaxing living/bedroom to relax with a cup of coffee/hot chocolate and enjoy a beautiful view :-) We could see a beautiful snowy park with sledders right out the window. We will be back next year!

It was a beautiful space. I loved the suite and location. Just around the corner to all main shops and restaurants, 3 min walk! Beautifully furnished and clean. The bed was very firm and memory foam which my body didnt love but others may appreciate that.

Great location right in the middle of Leavenworth. As advertised, it consists of two bedrooms and one full bathroom. OUTSIDE: The unit is on the upper floor with a front and back balcony shared with other units. The balconies have seating. The views are incredible. There is one assigned parking space. Restaurants, bars, and shopping surround you so it’s fun. There can also be some evening noise. INSIDE: Each bedroom has a table and chair, and an exterior entrance. Big windows, nice decor. Each has an AC unit. One door separates the bedrooms so you must enter the area of one bedroom to use the shared bathroom, but there is a privacy wall. Equipped with plenty of soap, shampoo, and conditioner, nice towels, extra blankets, clothes iron and hairdryer, a TV, a mini fridge, and a Keurig coffeemaker with a few pods, Coffeemate, and sweetener/sugar. COMMUNICATION: it was clear and prompt.

The exterior of the Bavarian-style home features a well-kept garden with flowering plants and green grass. A porch area with decorative railings is visible, along with a mural on the wall. The adjacent building provides additional outdoor space.

Bonnie was really attentive making sure we had everything we needed. This reminded me of how Airbnbs used to be in the early 2010s when you were staying in someone’s house and they were treating you like a guest in their house. Exceptionally comfortable bed.

A private entrance is shown with red steps leading up to a door. Surrounding vegetation includes leafy plants and trees, providing a touch of greenery. A stone pathway winds through the garden, enhancing the inviting outdoor space.

Our stay here was great! The room was very cute and clean, and our hosts were very communicative and answered any questions we had. They were also able to accommodate us with an early check in since we arrived in Leavenworth a bit early. The neighborhood was also very nice! It was very walkable and super close to the main street, as well as the walking trails along the river which we loved. Would definitely stay here again if we make another trip to Leavenworth! (:

We will definitely stay here again! The combination of being so close to the middle of Leavenworth, but still having a lovely mountain view is tough to beat. The space is very well thought out, cozy and welcoming. We enjoyed relaxing in our suite just as much as we enjoyed restaurants, shops, sledding and tubing. Checking in and out are breeze, too.

The spacious studio suite features a queen-sized bed with a colorful striped blanket, paired with a comfortable sleeper sofa. A small table sits between them, and natural light fills the room from the two windows that lead to a private balcony.

We had a blast at Lisa’s place! We were able to walk everywhere (restaurants, river walk, ski rentals, etc.). The place was extremely clean and quiet. The code system and check in was a breeze! We will be back!

Our stay here was amazing!! Staff was beyond wonderful and the location is absolutely perfect. We were on an anniversary trip and absolutely loved our time at the hotel. It isn’t a fancy shmancy hotel, but it is nice and the bed was comfortable. Definitely recommend!

River Pines Inn (the whole thing!) is wonderful. We rented a few of the units for a birthday weekend getaway and this was the absolute perfect spot. All the units were super clean, very comfortable, cozy, and you can't beat the views or the location! Would recommend this place to anybody visiting Winthrop. Thank you so much, Gavin and Casey!

We were not prepared for how limited the space was in #3 but found everything we needed for a stay of three nights. Considering the hospitality and location and that this is an inn with varying sizes of rooms and suites, we'd sure try to reserve a larger space at the same place for our next stay in the Methow.

I loved Hotel Leavenworth! Checking in was super easy and they were very friendly when they called verify my check-in time. The rooms are absolutely adorable and have everything you need with the mini fridge and microwave being a bonus for sure. location of the hotel is perfect goes to everything and the view off of the back porch is absolutely stunning.

Loved the location, close to the shops but felt very secluded. The patio is so peaceful and room was very comfortable. Hosts were quick to respond and helpful. Can’t wait to come back in the winter!

This is a cozy spot in an ideal location with both stunning natural beauty and downtown Winthrop right outside the door. I loved to wake up and watch the light hit the frozen river from the pedestrian bridge behind the space. Highly recommend this spot.
