This space is the lower level of a single family residence with separate entrance with views of the Casco Bay Ship Channel. More than simply a bedroom, there is a spacious living room with tv and computer workstation. There is a patio for relaxing as you take in the scenery. We are a short walk to Willard Beach, and we provide beach towels and chairs. There is no kitchen but we provide a coffee maker, and small fridge. Places for take out abound nearby. This is a great getaway for couples.

Cozy and cute, this adorable spot resides in the neighborhood which boasts the best restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops in the city all within walking distance. This apartment is on the 3rd floor of the house . **Please note that the last 9 steps leading up to the apartment are quite steep.

It's a great spot for a group of 6 or a couple of 2 to unwind.

We live in a 200 year-old farmhouse, and we love to host guests at our guesthouse, which is separate and private. The wide lawn, fire-pit, and BBQ are open for our guests.
