Chalet propre et emplacement à couper le souffle !

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans le chalet du trappeur. Bien que nous ayons eu peur d'avoir froid en arrivant dans le logement, nous avons contacté Genessee à notre arrivée qui a été très réactif et est venue nous aider à mettre en route le poêle à bois. Le logement s'est chauffé très rapidement et tout le long du séjour la température intérieur était chaude même sans que le poêle à bois soit allumé. Super environnement avec des balades dans le domaine et jusqu'a la réserve ou l'on peut voir des cerfs. Le chalet peut sembler petit vue de l'extérieur quand vous arrivez, mais en réalité il est très spacieux et grand en profondeur. Nous étions 8 et nous n'avons pas manqué de place. Dépaysement et tranquillité assuré. Nous recommandons sans hésitation les logements de Genessee qui est très sympathique, chaleureux et bienveillant.

The house is very cozy and in an excellent location. The sun comes up over the St. Lawrence in the morning and the neighborhood is very quiet and private. The house has a home feel to it versus a sterile hotel room feel. Thank you for a nice stay!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was incredibly calm and peaceful — perfect for relaxing. The view of Mount Massif and the water was absolutely stunning. Inside, everything was spotless and very well maintained. It’s definitely a perfect getaway spot for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful setting. Highly recommend!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme et le paysage enneigé offerts par ce chalet situé devant la Rivière des Chaudières. Ce séjour a été une véritable parenthèse de tranquillité, nous permettant de ne rien faire et de nous ressourcer pleinement. Simon répond rapidement et clairement, ce qui rend la communication fluide et agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cette escapade pour un moment de détente en pleine nature!

Nous sommes allées qq familles au chalet et nous avons vraiment apprécié. La vue est magnifique et c’était très calme! Même si les conditions météo n’étaient pas optimales nous avons joué à des jeux de société et les enfants ont eu bcp d’espace pour s’amuser! Merci & c’est sûr que nous reviendrons :)

Tout est parfait! Seul point à améliorer serait de rendre le numéro civique plus éclairé le soir

We had wonderful 4 days at Yves place. Layout is very smart. Wonderful windows and light. Bed very comfortable. Happily cooked in the kitchen. It is well positioned to walk to the old city and along the St. Lawrence River. On the other side of the Marina is an urban garden with the most amazing veggies. We had wonderful neighbors during out stay in the sister house boat next to us. Looking forward to coming back.

Le logement porte très bien son nom! Magnifique levée du soleil sur Québec et le Saint-Laurent, accompagné du chant des outardes. La vue à elle seule vaut le détour et le logement est très confortable.

We loved this location! It was an easy walk to restaurants and shops. The boat was clean and had a great view of the city. Yves was an excellent host…very attentive to questions. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again!

Louis-Xavier and his father were very frindly and helpful, the house is even prettier than the photos with a beautiful view of the St-Lawrence. Thanks again for having us!

J'ai bien aimé mon séjour de 3 nuits, le village est a quelques minutes avec épiceries, etc., dans le chalet toutes les commodités y sont, les lits très confortables, le poêle a bois est un gros plus, il chauffe l'entièreté du chalet, et la vue, superbe!! un gros merci!

Séjour exceptionnel en hiver dans ce chalet très confortable et chaleureux . La vue sur le Saint Laurent est dingue et se transforme chaque jour . L’accès peut paraître compliqué mais finalement il n’y a pas de problème et si la glace menaçait de nous empêcher de passer notre hôte a immédiatement commandé une deneigeuse. On recommande pour la situation géographique ! Des vacances incroyables !!! Merci

Todo estuvo perfecto, La vista al lago desde el jacuzzi no tiene precio. Súper equipado, muy amplio. Muy limpio. Stephanie fue muy amable y la cabaña es un lugar especial para disfrutar en familia o con amigos.

Diane went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. The location was right on the water although due to weather we were restricted from accessing it. The island was quiet but that was what we expected and wanted. Bed was extremely comfortable. Shower was great with good water pressure. We'd love to come back and will stay with Diane again!

Can't say enough great things about Le 98! Beautifully appointed, with everything you could possibly need or want - and more! The view? Wow! The area is quiet and peaceful in winter, perfect for a cozy getaway. You'll need a car, but Quebec City and Sainte Anne du Beaupre are within easy distance, and Montmorency Falls is just over the bridge. Mario was kind, communicative and took great care to see that all was well - even while abroad! Sensational all around. Highly recommend!

The chalet was nice and cozy! The weather was beautiful with the exception of the last day, and we spent all weekend sitting outside looking at the view. Loved the island and the accessibility of the house.
