This is the all-time favorite place that my children and grandchildren choose to go for our family vacations. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the house is very comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It's close to Chattanooga with lots of options there, but the grandkids really enjoy hanging out on the property, as well. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay with our 3 kids including an infant! The house had everything we needed and was a quick and easy drive to everything we wanted to do! Anita was quick to respond to messages and very kind and helpful.

The most amazing hostess! This home feels like home. Janet thinks of everything! This wonderful 1920’s home has classic high ceilings making it feel airy with large rooms and multiple places to enjoy gathering with family or friends. There is no skimping on the decor, it is filled with beautiful period perfect furniture and artwork. It’s so relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped with all the things you need to really cook! The bedrooms are also well done. Crisp sheets on top notch beds make for great sleep. Outside is a wonderful covered patio with multiple seating and dining areas and it is absolutely magical with tiny lights, fountain and abundant plants surrounding it. You would never know that it’s only a few blocks to grocery and dining. What wonderful experience! I will always book this home when I am in the area.

Kelly’s place was amazing. If you are looking for an awesome getaway to Chattanooga, this is the place. Beautiful house right on the river. We fished, built a fire, ate good food, and had a wonderful time. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Love love love this space. Very chill and charming. Amazing shower and bed. Rooftop view is nice touch for sunsets. Close to everything. There are a lot of stairs but nice amenities in room and host is very responsive. Will be back!

Claire and Bryan had the most absolutely adorable cottage ever. They’ve literally thought of everything from dishes, to hot plate and silverware, to coffee and creamer (plenty as well). They were so quick with responses and sending welcoming messages I was so wowed. I took away ideas for a future build even. The style and comfortability was so homey!!! I will be visiting again when we go back to visit family! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Their family and friends we met while being there were so welcoming and friendly. The love they all have for making sure their guest are happy, goes unnoticed. They made us feel like their place was ours. I can’t wait to come back or to another one of their beautiful properties! Thank you just isn’t enough.

We booked this airbnb because we were rafting on the Ocoee. We were 5 minutes from Cherokee Rafting, our outfitter of choice, so very convenient. Our group was very comfortable and had plenty of space with 2 bedrooms. We used the kitchenette to prepare some simple meals and chose to eat out our dinners in Cleveland- 20 minutes away. We enjoyed sitting by the river in the evening and my husband enjoyed the patio in the morning. The property is well taken care of and beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

The house has so much character, and the garden is a real highlight. We spent more than a few evenings out there with a glass of wine, watching the bees move from flower to flower—it was the kind of quiet, grounding moment you don’t get often. What really made the stay special, though, was Adrienne herself. She’s thoughtful, welcoming, and easy to talk to. She and my wife connected right away, and it felt less like a rental and more like staying with someone we’ve known for years. She’s also a very talented artist, and you can see her creative touch throughout the home. We came to Chattanooga for a short-term stay, but we’re now relocating—and we leave not just with good memories, but with a friend in Adrienne. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate. It’s a wonderful home, and you’ll be in great hands.

Perfect place to stay for a “home away from home”! This apartment was excellent for an extended stay (over a month) during an outage I worked at the TVA’s Watts Bar Nuclear Plant. Having a nice clean washer and dryer in the apartment was convenient. The kitchen was well appointed with pots, pans, dishes and silverware. I worked nightshift, and the neighborhood was safe, peaceful and quiet, making it easy to sleep during the day. 5-star in every way! Fantastic hosts - thank you David and Joanna for such a great Airbnb experience!

Gary's place was excellent! It was just what we needed after wedding activities at Gardens of the Gorge. This place is very quiet at night and a great place to unwind. The view from the balcony is so nice and was a welcomed sight each morning. Thank you again!

Sarah and Brandon's place was great for our family of four. There was plenty of space for us. It is in a convenient location to get to the aquarium and restaurants, and was easy to navigate to from the interstate. Our kids enjoyed the pool and appreciated the provided pool towels. It was just right for our visit to Chattanooga, we'll book again when we're back.

Beautiful place to stay, very quiet and peaceful, everything was as described, loved that it had everything we needed, the games and toys were a hit with my granddaughter, I love that it was so clean, and there is lots do within walking distance, will definitely stay here again!!

We had such a great stay in Chattanooga. This place is so cute and is only about 1 mile from market street. So, lots of walkable things to do, especially the brewery right next door. We loved having a dedicated parking spot and lots of available parking nearby for our second vehicle. The natural light was great, and we loved the swinging chairs. Building was relatively quiet and very clean.

Everything was perfect for our stay, very clean and very cozy! Just what we needed along our road trip. The views were great and it is a beautiful neighborhood to walk around as well. We will definitely be booking with Jennifer next time we are in the area!
