It has 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms & sleeps 10. All bedrooms have king mattresses. Guests love the outdoor fireplace w/ mounted TV to watch college football. The bonus room has a big TV & Foosball table. There is a sleeper sofa in the bonus room. Just steps to the lake & dock. Enjoy the neighborhood swimming pool too!

Bring your boat & family to this great place w/lots of room for fun on Lake Lanier! Although lakefront, you can’t see the lake very well from cabin, & dock is about 200 yards from the house, down a gradually sloping wide path to get to dock/lake. Dogs welcome w/$100 fee per dog. One king bedroom is above the garage. Also, the upper level of our dock is now permanently closed, but the lower level is usable with an empty slip for your boat, & deck space to sunbathe & relax.
