Brigitte's house enjoys an idyllic location amidst fields and groves, with a postcard view of the village bell tower and surrounding countryside. The bay windows offer a nearly 360-degree view of nature, as do the terraces around the house. The garden – spacious and equipped with a small swing – is perfect for children. Convenience stores and supermarkets are all a 5–15 minute drive away. There are many activities in the local area and opportunities for walks from the house. The only downside might be the small size of the rooms for a family of 4 - it's quite livable but at the price of the overnight stay you could hope for a little more space. This is what justifies my moderate rating on the value for money while my other ratings are excellent.

Big thanks for an exceptional stay! The accommodation was absolutely perfect: everything matched the description and photos exactly, nothing was missing, everything was clean, well thought out, and really pleasant to stay in. It feels good right away. The hosting and communication with the host were also impeccable. I would recommend this place 2000%! And if I have the opportunity to come back, it will be with great pleasure… I hope very soon!

Very nice apartment, matches the photos and description. Quality equipment and materials. Impeccably clean. Great amenities. We were greeted by Renaud, a very friendly host who gave us good advice on the surroundings. We recommend it without so much as a second thought :) We dined at the restaurant a stone's throw away, recommended in the listing: the weekend. Nice discovery too, very good products and pleasant restaurateur. Looking forward to returning to the area.

We had a great relaxing weekend with the girls! The accommodation is welcoming, warm and very clean, the reality is even better than the photos! The amenities offered are very comprehensive. The terrace area is very relaxing with its view of nature, perfect for a quiet and peaceful stay. The hosts are very friendly, attentive and responsive. Don't hesitate, I recommend it 100%! very nice accommodation, the outside is pleasant. very well-equipped accommodation ( think laundromat between the 2 levels ) . very close to the city center on foot (1min) and the shopping area by car ( 2min ) . the courtyard is very convenient to park.

A stairway leads upward with a light gray finish. Decorative mirrors are mounted on the wall, and a tall ceramic vase stands beside the railing. A motivational sign adorns the wall at the top of the stairs, contributing to the space's welcoming ambience.

Thanks to Magaly for her impeccable, clean and tastefully decorated rental. Apartment in the city center, you park the car and if walking doesn't scare you, you can move around quietly to discover Lamotte Beuvron. Magaly is also a pleasant and available host, we had very good exchanges. I would recommend it without so much as a second thought.

Perfect apartment with everything you could need, right in the heart of Orleans, with lovely restaurants all around. Didn't get to meet Sandy but communications were excellent. Didn't need the aircon as the apartment is naturally cool, but good to know it was there. Location couldn't be better – highly recommended.

As part of a business trip to the area. I contacted Pedro to rent his home. From the first messages Pedro is friendly, responsive. The accommodation is atypical, clean and functional. The small terrace in the front is well exposed, having had the chance to have sun I was able to enjoy it. I had a good week. You can rent without any problem. Thank you Pedro 👍🏻

We spent 3 days with family at Moulin Neuf. The house is spacious, very well-equipped, wonderfully pleasant. Everything was perfect, we were able to make a fire in the fireplace and a great brazier despite the capricious weather. The pool was heated especially for us. Juan is very responsive and friendly. Christine and Jordan who welcomed us are really attentive, whatever your requests. A little piece of heaven in the middle of the forest.
