All within walking distance by a wide track. The Observatory is the ideal cabin for lovers of stars, meditation and to observe the many bird migrations.

Le Cabion

In the heart of a forest in the Cévennes National Park in an enchanting setting, come and spend an atypical night in our Cabion (truck-cabin), furnished with originality and in an industrial style! This old mobile library has been enhanced with a mezzanine and transformed into a cabin in an eco-responsible spirit: use of wood (Douglas) from our forest, a maximum of second-hand furniture and fittings built and decorated by us with generosity and sobriety.

In a beautiful 3 hectare chestnut grove, you will be seduced by this natural setting and preserved from all pollution. There are 2 cabins one next to the other. Access is via a dirt road. 100 meters on foot. 15mn walk to private water holes and close to activities (fishing, hiking, mountain biking...). Even though shops are 30 minutes away, 2 small grocery stores are close by. The campsite restaurant as well as a local bar are only 5 minutes away by car.

Our goat farm is located 50 m from the cabin: so you can, if you wish, meet our goats, of a rustic and rare breed (more than 800 individuals in the world).
