Beautiful and warm fully equipped chalet in the mountains that can accommodate up to 12 people located on a wooded and private estate on the edge of a stream. Ideal for snowmobile enthusiasts, a federated trail passes directly through our property and gives access to the United States trails. In addition, the private trails on our 800-acre estate give the opportunity to practice forest walking, cycling, mountain biking, off-piste snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing.

Back Lake Waterfront - ATV/Snowmobile Trail Access

The location of this charming and private cabin is perfect for your Pittsburg getaway. Located on a short dead end road you will immediately absorb the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful lake front scenery with just under 100' of frontage. This cabin has both ATV and snowmobile access without the need to trailer from the property. The boat launch is conveniently located 1/8 of a mile away and the local beach is a short paddle across the lake using the provided canoe and kayaks.

Peaceful place with very nice views of the mountains, the meadows, and the starry sky (International Dark-Sky Reserve). Perfect place for hiking (SEPAQ, Gosford, border trails, etc.) The loft is located ~20 minutes from Parc du Mont-Mégantic (Franceville or Observatoire entrance), halfway between Sherbrooke and Lac Mégantic (~45 minutes), and 5 minutes from services: Bonichoix grocery store, gas station, restaurant, Interac, and charging station. MONT CHALET in the 1st Dark Sky Reserve 🌠

Mont Chalet is located in Estrie in the small village of La Patrie. About fifteen minutes from Mont-Mégantic National Park. This cottage WITHOUT electricity, offers you the desired comfort by being totally independent. Wood heating, refrigerator, stove and hot water are functional with propane gas and lights thanks to 12 volt batteries. Skiing, snowshoeing and walking are possible on this 270-acre land. One visit and you'll be charmed. Come and admire the starry sky 🌟
