This is a great place to stay. Everything you see is here. Clean comfortable getaway and quiet. Well worth the price I would say. My only slight complaint that can't be helped is the internet is a little slow for gaming. Watching movies on the Big roku TV works like a charm. Overall I loved it and the host were very accommodating and responsive. They even let us bring our small Christmas tree for the holiday. Definitely book this place!

I came to South Boston for a funeral service and originally booked a hotel but was disappointed and quickly canceled after I arrived. I found this airbnb last minute and the host responded right away and were so helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better last minute situation. The transition from the hotel to the Airbnb was super easy and immediately felt at home. It was enough space for myself and my family. When I come back to visit family, I will definitely stay here again!

Dan communicated well and was very accommodating. The house was very close to a wedding we attended which made our travel day with a toddler possible. The house was tidy and fit our needs.

After reading a negative review, we were initially hesitant, but we decided to see for ourselves—and we are so glad we did. The home was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with every detail thoughtfully cared for. From the spotless floors to the fresh linens, it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority here. The space felt inviting and comfortable, and we had a wonderful, scenic stay. It was a breath of fresh air - literally! Surrounded by nature everywhere. Our experience was nothing short of excellent, and we would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a nature getaway and well-kept place to stay.

We enjoyed lively days at this charming cabin. The location is wonderful on a large and impressing well maintained property. Pat and Steve are a warm-hearted and lovely couple to which it was a pleasure to talk to. Our truck broke down and they immediately took all efforts to get us help. We're so thankful! Be aware of some spiders, but it's close to a creek with beautiful trails and in the woods! There's no wifi and spotty cell service, which we enjoyed to spend the evenings with a beer and a book. The kitchen is full applied and the sofas are super comfy to relax in. At all we loved staying there!

Been quite a few spots on Airnb. Catherine and Shawn are truly the best host I have experienced….and not even close. They enjoy sharing their slice of heaven to those who appreciate all it has to offer. Gorgeous property to get out and explore and take it all in .It’s a trip my son and I always look forward to.

Our group greatly enjoyed our stay at the villa! We loved sitting out on the dock for our morning coffee and ended each day around the fire pit. The kitchen was well stocked and clearly organized. There were plenty of extra pillows and blankets to keep us cozy, and even some options for flexible sleeping arrangements (trundle bed and an extra cot). We also appreciated the ample parking and that it was only a 10 minute drive to Hampden-Sydney campus. We would absolutely stay again!
