Su apartamento está impecable, tiene todo para estar cómodo, sumándole que está muy bien ubicado, en un sector super seguro y cerca a todo; Andrés cuida mucho de su espacio y permite sentirse como en casa. Si vous chercher un logement proche de tout: musée, restaurants, épiceries, places publiques, etc. Vous serez comblé! Tout (ou presque!) est à distance de marche. Le logement est dans un immeuble avec portier 24h/24h, donc très sécuritaire! Le personnel est très respectueux. Vraiment, c’est la place pour visiter Bogota. Adolfo répond rapidement à toutes demandes, il est extrêmement sympathique et aidant.

Juan’s place was modern, clean and thoughtfully designed. We received a warm welcome upon our arrival. We enjoyed the building facilities including sauna and swimming pool (though worth noting that swimming cap is required for pool use). The apartment has great access to restaurants in Zona G which was just a short walk away.

I stayed in this building before so I was familiar with the location. It is close (15-20 minute walk) to Zona T and right next door to a dollarstore. Place is bright and clean. Great place to stay the week. Building is super secure (almost too much so). Gym machines are kind of broken however. Rooftop deck is great and pool. Only issue is the construction on the main street makes it noisy and ubers can't pull up in front.

An indoor pool is illuminated in soft blue tones, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning city views at night. The pool area features a smooth tile edge and a metal ladder for easy access. The ambiance is serene, enhanced by the twinkling city lights beyond the glass.

Milton is an amazing host, he sends you all the information you need to arrive successfully and does daily follow ups with to help book the amenities the building offers. He is very communicative and willing to help you with anything you need to get around Bogota! The building offers multiple security check points and has 24h security officers. I was attending a music festival and was at peace knowing I could safely return as late as I pleased. The are is very walkable with an abundance of small shops, restaurants, street food and a grocery store within a couple blocks of the building. I can't wait to return to get to know more of the city and will definitely book with Milton for future visits.

Julio & Tatiana are nothing short of amazing people who always extend their best graces to me when I stay at their home in Bogota. They are communicative, extremely informative, passionate about ensuring a smooth stay for guests & overall 10/10 hosts on multiple fronts. I love staying at their place for all the amenities, but really because they’re such good hosts to me and take care of me when I visit. I would recommend anyone to stay here for any length of time and treat the home as if it were your own! You will not be disappointed.

ha sido una maravillosa semana en este departamento que cuenta con todo para pasar un buen rato en uno de los barrios más lindos de bogotá. este lugar y (anfitrión) nos hicieron sentir como en casa. todo estaba en perfectas condiciones y no faltaba nada para estar cómodo y disfrutar. la sala era amplia, las habitaciones y baños también, en la cocina había todo para cocinar. además la terraza era fantástica para salir a tomar el aire y ver el paisaje hermoso de las montañas y la ciudad. es uno de los pocos alojamientos que son mejor incluso que las fotografías. siempre quisiera regresar.

El departamento es exactamente a como se ve en las fotos. Tiene todo para hacer tu estadía confortable. Está algo lejos del centro, pero vale la pena si quieres algo de tranquilidad y silencio para dormir (en mi caso, me fue perfecto). Gracias por todo Jenny y Gersson!

Daniel and Angela are the best hosts we’ve encountered—and we’ve been doing this for years. Their apartment exceeded all expectations. Every detail reflects genuine care and thoughtful design, from the high-quality bedding and towels to the well-equipped kitchen, complete with top-tier appliances and elegant cutlery. The place was also spotless—immaculately clean and well-maintained, which made it feel even more welcoming. Though we stayed just three days, the space is perfectly set up for a longer visit. The tasteful artwork and upscale building amenities add to the overall sense of comfort and style. The building is also very secure, with friendly and professional guards. Daniel and Angela were incredibly kind and responsive, always ready with helpful tips and thoughtful suggestions. We can’t recommend this place enough—it’s not only a beautiful stay but also excellent value for money.

El apartaestudio de Beatriz es fantástico. El apartamento es cómodo, resaltando la limpieza y el agradable olor al llegar, además de estar situado en una ubicación ideal, cerca de excelentes restaurantes en un sector seguro. Pude descansar muy bien gracias a la calidad de la cama, las almohadas y las sábanas, así como a la tranquilidad del edificio. Beatriz fue una anfitriona atenta, siempre disponible para ayudar. Recomiendo este lugar para una estancia breve o prolongada, ¡sin duda volveré!

Lovee this place! Nathalia is a super helpful and wonderful as well as the building staff is super friendly and made the experience even better. It's a great building with a nice location walkable to multiple stores and restaurants and quiet streets with cute cafes. The unit is well furnished and very comfortable. Love the views! Highly recommended! :)

Un apartamento pequeño perfecto para una pareja, cerca de la candelaria, apenas para quedarse y conocer los puntos principales como la casa de Simón Bolívar, Montserrat, la candelaria, la plaza, la avenida principal, el museo de oro, el museo nacional, el de botero etc... Todo queda cerca, tiene un super Oxxo a la vuelta abierto 24/7 y un parqueo público en la misma cuadra por si quieren alquilar carro como yo lo hice. Lo único que me hubiera gustado es tener mas acceso a la azotea, había que pedir la llave y lo cerraban a las 10 de la noche.

Bel appartement rénové et bien équipé à la limite du quartier de Quinta Camacho. Attitude réactive des hôtes. Seuls points négatifs : travaux importants et bruyants en face de l'immeuble. Services de l'immeuble (piscine, gym, etc.) contraignants à utiliser, mais ce n'est pas la faute des hôtes, ce sont les règlements de l'immeuble.

El espacio es idéntico al publicado, tranquilo, cómodo y bien ubicado, con zonas comerciales de fácil acceso, desde almacenes de cadena, hasta tiendas de barrio. Consideramos que hacen falta utensilios de cocina cómo trapitos para secar la losa, servilletas, bolsas para basura, trapero, ganchos de ropa y algún olorante para limpiar la barra del comedor y el mesón de la cocina. El internet de señal muy débil en el primer piso. Lo anterior no quita ⭐ son solo cosas a mejorar. Mil gracias Cristian por tu amabilidad, disponibilidad y empatía. Muchos éxitos para el año que está por comenzar.

Excelente. Creo que mejor de lo que esperábamos. La verdad antes de llegar tenía algo de incertidumbre ya que la públicacion no tenía suficientes fotos pero todo estuvo súper. El apto da hacia una zona verde así que no hay ruido de carros pasando y otra cosa que no se mostraba en las fotos era que cuenta con dos baños, uno completo y otro sin ducha. Recomendado

El anfitrión está siempre muy al pendiente de tus necesidades, además es muy flexible con los horarios, es una persona muy agradable que siempre está dispuesta ayudar con cualquier dificultad y que además está ahí en cualquier momento que necesites, asimismo el lugar se encuentra ubicado en una zona muy segura y con muchos comercios. Recomiendo mucho alojarse ahí.
