My stay was very good, it exceeded all expectations, quiet place to rest, full kitchen and Maicon was a great host. I stayed for 1 month and when I return to Chapecó I intend to stay longer.

I had the pleasure of staying in Ilka's apartment and my experience was fantastic. The location is perfect, close to several shops. But the strength is because it is above a bakery that works from 6 am to 9:30 pm, which makes the stay much easier. The apartment is impeccably clean, with fresh linens and bathrooms. The kitchen is very well-equipped, the living room is large and the bedrooms are large and have double beds. A special highlight goes to the host's private library. In addition, for those visiting for work, the apartment has two very spacious office desks. The Host, Ilka, was extremely cordial and always ready to respond to our requests. The cleaning lady Rose welcomed us very well and was very helpful during our stay. Thank you Ilka and Rose.

Our stay was quite quiet. Marina is a kind person and demonstrated proactivity, responding quickly to messages. The condominium is large, with several blocks, a playground, barbecue area, elevator and plenty of greenery in the surroundings. We stayed in block A and without a car, so we had a good walk to put the trash out and call Uber, but nothing that got in our way. The apartment was spacious and pleasant, well equipped and with great internet, I worked from there every day and had no problems. I only missed a better reception in the bathroom, because we stayed a week and in the bathroom there was less than a roll of toilet paper when we arrived. But apart from that small observation, we have nothing to complain about. We will definitely go back again and again.
