Synara's apartment is great, quite comfortable and cozy, me and my family felt at home. The place is quite complete, from kitchen utensils to bed linen. The condominium has 24-hour convenience, a gym and a playroom (my 2-year-old loved it) that we use a lot. Building has a great location in the city, with easy and quick access to the main locations of Cuiabá. Synara was very attentive to us, always attentive and seeking to welcome us. Listing consistent with reality and great value.

Alex is an excellent host, courteous, available and responds to everything very quickly. The space is very well divided and very beautiful, the photos are not edited to look like what it is not. My wife studies piano, so having one in the apartment was essential for us to feel at home. We took two small children (3 years and 1 year) and the place is safe, there was no time when we were worried about corners or risks. We would definitely come back and recommend it.

The apartment is exactly as advertised. The common space is excellent for those with children. Family condominium. On Friday nights there is a fair inside the condominium itself with the sale of snacks, skewers, pastries, etc., our family highly approved. Perfect location, close to shopping, market and pharmacy.
