Lovely private and peaceful outdoor surroundings, perfect to relax in or to work from. You can enjoy a selection of delicious teas and coffees, whilst looking out in to woodland from the comfort of the double bed with memory foam mattress. Desk at window in bedroom. There is a large comfortable double sofa bed in the living room/kitchen space, as well as a breakfast bar. Bathroom has powerful shower overhead and flexi. Fast internet wifi, underfloor heating throughout, easy to use delicious coffee machine/selection of teas and complimentary breakfast items supplied :)

Welcome to my one bedroom flat, sited on the Ipswich quayside. With asecure car parking space. One super king size bed. Access to the car park and the flat hall way is via a fob system. Both the Key and fobs will be collected from the co host Zonja, she will hand you the front door key and the entry fobs. She will also be the main point of contact for any concerns you may have. Upon checking out post the keys into the post box. Checkin timings must be confirmed with the cohost before arrival.

On the Suffolk Essex border surrounded by fields, trees, and plenty of wildlife lies our old late 18th century stable building. Just 5 minutes off the A12 and you are in a different world. We live in the thatched Farm Cottage, the oldest part dating back to the 15th century and the stable is situated at the end of the drive. Excellent location for cycling (on the National Cycle Route 1), or visiting Jimmys Farm just 4.9 miles up the road. Walking is a must or just relax and unwind!

it was an absolute delight to stay with Angela. Angela is such a generous, kind character, and was so accommodating, and discrete to live amongst. I felt completely at ease. I would definitely return.

Friendly host met me upon arrival. Local amenities were nearby, 1 minute walk and it was a 5-minute drive to the supermarket. I just needed a place to stay overnight to prepare for work in the morning.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at Caroline! From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and completely at ease. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care has gone into creating a relaxing, inviting atmosphere.

The entrance area features a white door with a number plate displayed nearby. A light-colored table stands beside the door, topped with a textured lamp and a framed artwork. The textured stone wall adds a subtle character to the space.

I enjoyed my stay, the place is very peaceful,next time I will definitely stay longer. She showed me around where I can do some shopping and restaurants as well, she is a great host.

The room was just what we needed as it was so close to Vauxhall Farm where our church were having a camp weekend away. So we could join in during the day but didn't need to rough it in any way!! At Nancy's we had such a comfortable bed and everything we needed. It was beautifully clean, and quiet. There was plenty of room to park too. It took us a bit of time to find it as our sat nav told us is was on the opposite side of the road!
