Ce grand studio est situé au coeur de Villeneuve-la-Garenne et il est juste en face du centre commercial "Quartz". Vous apprécierez donc la proximité (20 mètres) de divers boutiques pour le shopping et de plusieurs restaurants. Un parking gratuit est disponible 7 jours sur 7 dans le centre commercial Quartz en face de mon immeuble (20 m). Attention, il ferme chaque soir de 23h à 8h00.

Lovely bright studio!

Come and relax in our fully equipped studio located 10 minutes from the city center on foot. The studio is on the second and last floor, without elevator, and has an entrance with large closet, a bathroom with bathtub, a large carefully decorated living room, a kitchen and to finish a balcony with a nice view of the greenery of the residence. You can park in the visitor parking lot at the entrance of the residence which is a few meters from the accommodation.

The shops are no more than 5 minutes while the castle is about 15 minutes by foot.
