Maison Marcks Champagne | Old Town Ay

It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. Maison Marcks is a comfortable and exclusive home to stay in while exploring Champagne and its many legendary vineyards.

The living rooms (kitchen, living room) are on the ground floor and the 3 bedrooms upstairs. This house with a separate entrance can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of 2 bedrooms and a 3rd extra with a sofa bed, the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric stove and a washing machine in the shower room, separate toilet.

Le gîte Les Chapitres, labellisé 3 épis Gîtes de France, dispose d’un accès indépendant et peut accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes. Le linge de lit et les serviettes sont fournis. Une place de stationnement est disponible à proximité du gîte. Location de vélos électriques possible sur demande pour découvrir la région.
