This cottage overlooks the Ance valley, a tributary of the Allier with the La Valette dam and the village of Saint Préjet d'Allier located 3 km away and the La Virlange valley with the Château d'Ombret on the ridge.

Bordered by the forest and surrounded by vast spaces, the house enjoys absolute calm to enjoy nature at the edge of the Loire gorges, not far from the Ardèche and Lozère. My grandfather's former house, the house has been completely renovated in recent years to offer you all the necessary comfort during your stay.

DOG FRIENDLY accommodation: all dogs are allowed at no extra charge... hikers, trailers this place is for you with paths available from the house. ⚠️ Reactive dogs are allowed, but you must be vigilant, as the cottage is located on a bend in the road. Even though there are few people at certain times of the year, there is no zero risk. Anticipate the risk by keeping your dog on a leash, at least where there is little or no visibility.
