Maison Marcks Champagne | Old Town Ay

It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. Maison Marcks is a comfortable and exclusive home to stay in while exploring Champagne and its many legendary vineyards.

La Longère

Small charming farmhouse, in the heart of the Reims mountain, among the Champagne vineyards. This accommodation is at the entrance to the oldest farmhouse in the village, located about 25km from Reims, 10km from Epernay, 15km from Hautvillers and 5km from Ay, in the birthplace of Champagne. You will have a space of about 70m², on two levels, all amenities to eat and relax (equipped kitchen, TV, fireplace, barbecue, bikes, wi-fi). Stop on the Wine Route, come and rest there!

Large living room (desk, armchairs, sofa, vintage Hi-Fi system), TV, equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes), 2 beautiful bedrooms (1 double bed 160 × 200 and 2 single beds with a baby crib), 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, 1 private parking space, enough to spend pleasant moments. A pellet stove will warm you up. Garden furniture in a country setting is at your disposal.

This peaceful 130 m2 house offers a relaxing 50 m2 stay for the whole family on an enclosed and wooded plot, at the foot of the Champagne vineyards. 10 min from Vitry-le-François, 20 min from the first beaches of Lake Der, 45 min from Nigloland, 1 hour from Reims, 2 hours from Paris. 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet and 1 garage. Surcharge of €3 per person for towels. The house is rented for a maximum of 6 people; no parties or gatherings.

Enjoy its magnificent terrace with panoramic views of the vineyards and Épernay. Ideally located in the heart of the village, close to the traditional wineries and narrow streets, for a friendly and welcoming stay, combining relaxation, exploration, and unforgettable moments.

Ideally located between Châlons, Vitry, Reims and Épernay, from the Voie Verte to Lake Der. Perfect for 12 people, family stays, friends or seminars, wellness events.

Charming house (130 m²) ideally located in a very quiet area and not overlooked. Shopping district and McDonald's less than 800 m away. Inner courtyard with space for two cars. Big terrace with table for 12 people. This house is the ideal place for a group stay. It can accommodate 11 people but has only one bathroom and 1 separate toilet. PLEASE NOTE: No parties! The neighbors are friends, and I can be there very quickly 😉

Our fully renovated accommodation can accommodate up to 8 people. It is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to discover our beautiful champagne capital. Located a 10-minute walk from the city center with these cafes and restaurants; 15 minutes from Avenue de Champagne. Each bedroom has its own shower or bathtub. A bottle of champagne will be offered. Possibility of visiting and tasting our production cellar.
