Vacation rentals with lake access in Chalong

It’s hard to find but it was a perfect commodity for us

We stayed 7 days in Feb 2025, the villa well matched our expectations. At the end we've extended our stay for another 3 days at the villa. Great value. Highly recommend. Naiyarat is very friendly and responsive host.

The house was fantastic: the bed linens were great, and the view from the window was beautiful—not of neighboring houses, but of trees. In the house, the doors and staircase are made of wood, and instead of tiled flooring, there’s a wooden surface that feels very pleasant on your feet. I also loved the community; there are few residents, making it very quiet and peaceful. You can walk to the sea in about 15 minutes through parks. The host was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late!

Elena was a great host. Very responsive and made herself available. There were a few things we needed help with on our second day and she sorted everything very quickly. The place was very clean and in a very central and convenient location. It is spread across 3 floors so that’s just good to be aware of. It worked perfectly for us.

Very nice Airbnb. Maid came everyday and cleaned and replaced the linens. We came for edc so it was really close to the venue. Gated community. If you stay here and use bolt look up Sivana Place. Easiest way to get there takes you to the front gate. Better than trying to use the address.

Stop searching! This property is absolutely breathtaking! The whole neighborhood is new. The security team is awesome. The house itself is huge. I believe it can easily accommodate eight people if needed, it was just my girlfriend and I and we lost each other a few times in the home lol. I’ve used AirBnB quite a bit and this house may be my favorite. He was communicative, understanding, and very proactive. He provides all of the asses to ensure you have a fantastic time in Phuket. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be staying here probably with a few friends. Thanks Andrei!!

На данный момент проживаем в апартаментах. Хочу поблагодарить Андрея и его команду за лояльность. Были нюансы при оплате и заселении - все решили! Встретили, заселили. Всегда на связи. Все оперативно решают. Не отказывают в просьбах. Хочется вернуться к такому сервису)

When we got to Lyn’s place security directed us inside (they were very helpful), the condo is quite spacious, lots of essentials are provided, the view is breathtaking, and the surrounding amenities are great. It’s a very serene area, perfect for relaxing! And it’s easy to walk to the beach :) however you’ll probably need transport into the main town (unless you enjoy walking). Lyn was also very responsive and checked in on us everyday! We can’t fault Lyn’s place, we really enjoyed our stay and we hope we’ll be back again soon! Thank you 🥰

Отличная чистая квартира, соответствует описанию. Приятный район. Озера, дорожки для прогулки, по выходным ночной рынок с вкуснейшими морепродуктами. Не далеко супермаркет Tops. Минут 10 пешком до 7/11. До моря тоже идти 10 минут. На крыше комплекса расположены бассейны, беговая дорожка, зона для барбекю. Крыша открыта до 21.00. Нормальный интернет

Super appartement ! Très propre, lumineux. Équipements au top ( piscines. Salle de sport ). Je recommande.

My friend and I stayed for a week. What a great deal! We had originally budgeted for a 1 bdrm and were thrilled to find an affordable 2 bdrm with 2 baths! The apartment is close to so many delicious restaurants and cute shops. There’s construction across the street, but it did not bother us. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing time at this property. The place is conveniently located to shopping malls, seven 11 and not to far out to explore other parts of phuket as well. The cherry on top is the most amazing host who has been very responsive and helpful throughout my stay from the moment i made the booking. I highly recommend this little gem in phuket and hope to visit again soon.

Квартира находится в отличном месте, ходит бесплатный автобус до моря и к центру лагуны. Удобно! Сама квартира очень маленькая, но уютная, минус конечно, что солнечная сторона и за день квартира сильно нагревается, кондиционер направлен прям на кровать , что не сильно удобно. Но расположение и вид с балкона - это просто космос ! Нам понравилось! Хозяин Юлия очень отзывчивый, у нас ребенок сильно любит фреши) она нам очень оперативно организовала блендер , удобная кухня, очень большой телевизор - классно смотреть фильм вечером. До моря рядом! Территория красивая, бассейн на крыше - тоже класс! Самостоятельное удобное заселение и выселение - вообще класс !
