Gaspe (1 hour and 45 minutes), Perce (1 hour), Paspebiac (15 minutes), Bonaventure (30 minutes), New Richmond (50 minutes), Carleton (1 hour and 15 minutes), and Campbellton, New Brunswick (1 hour 50 minutes).

The cabin features three bedrooms each with a queen size bed. A washroom with heated floors and access to a washer and dryer. The main living area has vaulted ceilings with a large kitchen island to gather around and socialize. The property also features an outdoor hot tub that accommodates 6 people.

Close to the Cascapédia (3 km) and Bonaventure (50 km) rivers and easy to get to the activities, attractions, restaurants, beaches and services of New Richmond (15 km), Maria (15 km) and Carleton-sur-Mer (25 km). In winter, easy access to the Trans-Québec 5 snowmobile trail.

Located in Pigeon Hill, a small coastal village that stands out for the warm welcome and generosity of its community. Activities to do on site: cockle fishing, kayaking/paddle boarding (not provided), swimming, striped bass fishing. Perfect place for the whole family.
