Queen bed is made and bunk bed linens can be provided upon request. This cabin has electricity, heat, private porch, picnic table and fire ring. Please note that there is no plumbing. Cabin guests have full access of our newly renovated bathhouses just a short walk away. Up to 2 dogs allowed with an added flat fee of $25. No additional pets.

Erica was an amazing host. We have camped in the area before and saw this cabin for rent. It was perfect. So secluded and off grid but still has all of the necessities. We enjoyed being out and about all day and returning in the evening to cook a hot meal with a fire in the fireplace. Beds were SO COMFORTABLE! We can’t wait to visit again!

Great place to stay while in Buena Vista. The cabin was very warm and cozy, I felt right at home. With a comfy bed, nice living room area, pristine bathroom and great kitchen area, the cabin has everything you need to relax after a full day recreating in the mountains. Also, very close to Main Street, with plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy. I would definitely stay again, thank you! :)

We went right before Christmas and the house was decorated so beautifully! The heated floors were a super nice touch on those cold mornings when you have a hard time getting out of bed. An amazing touch was the view from the master bed, I was so surprised to see the stars staring at me as we fell asleep each night. What a magical way to end the day.

If you want a lovely view of the mountains, a porch to enjoy watching the twinkling night sky, and comfortable amenities, this place is for you! Our plane was delayed and Dean made sure we got where we needed in the dark. Yummy restaurants and downtown aren’t far away. We will be back!

Our group of friends stayed at this beautiful house to use as base camp for sxs riding. We loved it! It feels secluded, but is a short drive to town. We spent time at the fire pit, enjoyed the views from the deck, and the roads that are part of the development are great for morning walks. The hosts answer ed questions I had about the area quickly-and happy to say with their guidance, I found Fairview Peak and hiked to the top! Pitkin is a lovely, quiet town, and make sure you hit the Stumbling Moose and the Silver Plume Store. We’d stop for ice and incidentals each morning and loved visiting with the young couple that runs it as well as the locals who would gather on the porch each morning. The only hang up we had was buffering internet while watching the Chiefs game, but a quick call to Kathy fixed the problem. The WiFi isn’t very strong, but that’s ok because you’re there to enjoy nature! Highly recommend staying here and hope to return!

This farmhouse is a beautiful property with massive high fenced yard, great for our dog. The little art/yoga shack and playhouse were a cute add. The neighborhood is a very quiet local residential area and easily walkable to a few stores and restaurants. It's about 15 min drive to Mt Princeton Hot springs. The upkeep and renos on this house are pretty great considering this homes long history. The king and bunk bed rooms are upstairs with the master bath and the queen and claw foot tub are like a suite right off dining on the main floor. We had everything we needed to cook and stay warm in a pretty cold wind storm. All was working well and it was a great place with lots of room for everyone to sit, play games and hang out. Great parking in driveway was a plus. A very thoughtfully planned out home to share with others was appreciated.
