Our cottage is located in the heart of the Lyonnais Mountains in a privileged location away from the noise and hustle and bustle. Completely new, bright, functional and modern, come and recharge your batteries in our green setting for a weekend or more! The accommodation is adjacent to our accommodation, but you are totally independent. As you can see from the photos, a green space is available in front of the cottage and on the ground floor to enjoy the outdoors without being overlooked!

This accommodation located in a closed and quiet courtyard is close to the Zoological area of St Martin la Plaine and shops. 10 minutes from the A 47, it is ideally placed for a stopover on the Autoroute du Soleil or for walks in the Pilat Regional Park. It is equipped with taste, simplicity and care. Depending on the season, you will enjoy breakfast on the terrace in the soft morning sun... The entrance to the courtyard is under a porch, the passage is delicate but possible.

Parking is available not far from the accommodation, a garage for a car or 4 motorcycles is adjacent to the accommodation. A small city stadium is located opposite if you have children. Drop your luggage in this flea market-style space, and set off to discover the beautiful city of Lyon, thanks to nearby public transport, unless you prefer to start by enjoying the walled garden! The studio has a bathroom with shower and toilet, a desk, an equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, kettle) and a bedroom with dressing area and washing machine, air conditioning, Wi-Fi (fiber). If you'd like a relaxing and quiet stay, you've found the right place. I offer you a small Studio for 1 or 2 people located in the Pilat Natural Park, at the Croix Régis pass in the commune of HAIES. Babies are also welcome: on request, I will install a baby bed and a small bathtub. The studio is located 10 km from Givors, Rive de Gier, Condrieu, Vienne and Loire sur Rhône. Trains from Givors station reach Lyon Part Dieu in 18 minutes.

And yet only 7 km from the highway..... Change of scenery guaranteed. ⚠️ Do not take 《the Chavillon path》if the GPS tells you to. it's a catastrophic path for 3 kilometers. Continue on the main road to the village of Cellieu.

Caprice... a small atypical cottage in a quiet area.

Caprice is the name we have given to our cottage. It is fully equipped for 4 people willing to sleep in the same room. The pool is available to our tenants during their stay between June 1 and September 30. The HOT TUB with a capacity of 3 people maximum is available to our tenants during their stay between October 1 and May 31. Pétanque terrain and balls are available for your use all year long.
