I had a quick 2-day stay, but Regiane always responded quickly when I needed some help. The apartment was very clean, the bed linens smelled good. We didn't have any problems. It was great!

Regiane was super helpful with the check-in service, because we came from São Paulo on a Friday, due to the traffic in Castelo I knew I wouldn't be able to arrive in time for the standard check-in, the apartment for two people is spacious, and very pleasant, you hardly want to leave, the beautiful view from the balcony is a very positive point, Regiane's service was 100% and the apartment too!

I have no words to describe this experience. I felt completely at home throughout these more than 5 months. Cozy, quiet and family atmosphere in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Maria Lucia was a real mother and became a great friend. Always concerned about my well-being and offering the best, from keeping the environment clean and organized to sending a message asking if I needed another blanket when the temperature dropped. Without a doubt, it is a place where I will stay on a future opportunity and recommend to everyone.

The stay was great, very nice apartment, easy to enter the condominium and apartment without much bureaucracy. Quiet place, great for spending a few days. The sun shines on the apartment practically all day. In the morning, at the kitchen and bedroom windows, in the afternoon, on the balcony and in the living room. The condominium is also great, with complete infrastructure. We will definitely be back, we really liked the tranquility and the view from the windows too. We love it! There were a few things missing that were in the listing, but nothing that caused major problems.

The apartment exceeded expectations. Full kitchen with utensils: it is on the top floor of the building (which avoids noise from neighbors). Very clean and cozy atmosphere!

Our stay was perfect. The apartment is very cozy, clean, smells nice and is organized. It has everything we need. Kitchen equipped with microwave, toaster, coffee maker. It also has a hairdryer and iron. All the items needed for a great stay. I loved the experience and highly recommend it!! The condominium is safe with 24-hour concierge and a great location. The hosts are extremely attentive and were always available for what we needed!! It's well worth it!!
